What's not to love re: a family owned and operated local business that does excellent work? This is the second time I've hired this company to diagnose and repair a plumbing issue and I couldn't be happier with their service! They're competent, professional, thorough, courteous, and responsive to your needs. Plus, they offer a one-year warranty re: their work! I couldn't be happier! I wouldn't look anywhere else for a plumbing technician! Kudos to Jose and his family team! AAAAA++++!!!!!!

Prompt and excellent service to fit gas valves in my house. Gave me a good deal to fit an additional valve for the same quote to fit one. Would recommend them.

We have used this company twice....
1st time we had a tenant reporting a none function heater. Total plumbing and air went out and ""serviced the unit"". They charged us nearly $500, for just over 1 hours work and reported unit works as it should. No parts replaced, no filters replaced just a ""Service"" . Tenant continued to complain so we called a second company out. They found a faulty thermostat the kept the heater from starting properly and fixed the problem for a fraction of what we paid Total Plumbing. When I called Total Plumbing and Air and shared this information, they commented that our tenant was not clear headed etc. Just a bunch of crap instead of saying, sorry we did not check the thermostat.

Second time. We needed a sewer lateral inspected. One connection to city sewer but 3 buildings. Their website advertised $189 special for sewer lateral inspection. Long story short we were billed $229x3 plus a $99 service fee (*almost 1k) for less than two hours work. When I complained I was told they charge based on cleanouts, not sewer connections. I understand that three buildings shared a line, but even in a worst case scenario based on the pricing on their own website I should have paid less than $600 ($189x3).

I think these guys are ok, but I won't use them again, because they are more concerned with maxing out a one time job then making sure the customer is happy.

Total Plumbing is great! Jose came out within an hour of my call and fixed my toilet which was running nonstop and wasting a lot of water. (One of those newer toilets that do not have a ball so I did not know how to fix it.) Jose was nice, and got the job done fast. I highly recommend Total Plumbing and Jose.

We had them run a water line from the kitchen sink to a new refrigerator in a small apartment. Both men were courteous and helpful. They were quoting flex their schedule at a short notice. Work was completed just fine. It seemed rather pricey at $900 but it did take some time.

Juan quickly identified the source of the hot water leak and repaired it. Considering that he had to crawl some distance under our manufactured home to find the source of the leak, the price was more than fair. I called at about 8:00 AM and Juan was leaving with the job completed by 2:30 PM. Next time I have a plumbing situation, I know who to call..
