Our hot water heater started leaking. I called Plumbing and they were out within an hour. We needed a new hot water heater and they were able to find one that worked. The technicians were professional and they were very helpful in resolving this situation. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would highly recommend them.

I pulled into Home Depot with my trailer in tow. I don't pull a trailer very often so I was looking forward to parking in the ""Only vehicles with trailers"" parking spot. Home Depot has two such spots. In one spot was a truck with a trailer. In the other spot was a Total Plumbing van with a Total Plumbing person in the driver seat. When I asked the Total Plumbing guy why he parked in the trailer spot, he told me that his van is long. I responded that my car with trailer was even longer and that he should reserve the trailer spots for cars with trailers, like the signs say. Then he got thuggish. Based on that experience, it seems fair to say that Total Plumbing cares about themselves and will park in spot that they're not supposed to park in, and will get rude and surly if you call them out on it. If you hire them and an issue comes up, do not expect them to act decently. If this is how they treat community members, this is how they will treat you.

After dealing with a plumbing company who refused to repair a leaking gas line that they had installed, and after calling 4 other plumbers who didn't respond to my calls, I finally located Total Plumbing who responded quickly and started work immediately. Working in the rain for the best of two days they were able to locate the leak, cut out the the failed parts and install the correct parts. I can say they worked tirelessly and professionally the whole time.
The repair was tested and finished. They were very helpful in not only repairing the line but also explaining why the previous plumber's job failed.

I will state that they do good work, but I was in a state of emergency and they charged me double what I was told on the phone the night before. There were as many as four workers who offered every possible service for a steep price. Beware.

Total Plumbing responded within just a few minutes, and within 10 minutes I had a service appointment scheduled. They are prompt to respond and very courteous. They provided me an easy solution and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I called this company based on yelp reviews. So, shower faucet handle broke. I went to Home Depot, bought a new faucet....thinking it was easy to install. Well, that certainly was a fail. I took it apart and fastly realized i was in over my head. As I put it back together, i jacked it up even more and now had a leak. I called Total Plumbing. Fidel came out and quickly assessed the situation. Great guy! Our plumbing is 20 years old and not compatible with new faucets, etc. In order to make them compatible it would cost about $1,100 (go thru the wall and change out some of the pipe system). I was not prepared to spend that so i had him put it back together and moved on. I called Jose, the owner of Total Plumbing, gave him the run down and asked him to come out himself. He was very understanding and happy to come out. Bottom line is he concurred with what Fidel had to say but also said he could fix the existing system that I jacked up apparently. So, long story short is Jose fixed it for $289 and while the handle is still broken, the shower works perfectly fine and I walked away not having to spend $1,100.
Bottom line. This place is super trustworthy and will get my future business. Jose is an honest business man who deserves the business. He has mine going forward
