I had the best experience with this company. I have been having issues with my ac for over 4 months with multiple companies coming out ""fixing"" it only to have it break down again shortly after. Total comfort came out 6 months ago and the technician recognized the real problem (finally), fixed it, and I haven't had another problem since. If you are looking for a company who knows what they are talking about call total comfort!!! Well worth it!!

Disappointed...
I had been a member of the annual service plan and until recently, it always seemed to be a worthy investment. I have an older unit and Total Comfort has replaced numerous parts on it. However, the last few times when a technician comes out to do an inspection it is no less than $300 for new parts and accessories every single time. They seem to want to replace parts before they actually fail and instead encourage you to do it ""before it breaks, and you don't have AC"" The most recent repair seemed to be more complex than others. They replaced the motor and within the first month it stopped working again. Because it was still under warranty they came out to fix it at no charge. However, they told me that this time it wasn't the motor that was failing, but the fan. I was skeptical because we had just replaced the motor a couple weeks prior and I wasn't convinced it wasn't something related to that. I declined replacing the fan and decided to get a second opinion. Sure enough, turns out the motor wasn't hooked up correctly initially, causing the fan to overheat. No need for a new fan after all. Funny thing is, I never heard back from Total Comfort when I declined installing a new fan.

I had an emergency need to get my pool pump fixed today because of a wedding reception at my house tomorrow. No one was willing to come out and fix it in the rain. I just wanted to let everyone know that a company called Total Comfort came out and saved the day!! They are amazing!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AWESOME COMPANY!! They truly care about the needs of their customers and have true compassion and understanding and are willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Matt and Doria at Total Comfort!! You guys are truly amazing and you have no idea how great this made me feel to know that people actually care. You went above and beyond for me. We bought a full HVAC system from them and have been completely satisfied with how everything works. Recently had an issue (ended up not being mechanical but USER error lol). Came out fast and solved our problem quickly and professionally! I highly recommend.

Thanks to Lance and Michael of Total Comfort Inc., I was able to get my AC taken care of and a new touchscreen/voice activated thermostat! They took the time to look at the problem, walk me through what they were doing and then gave me options that better fit me financially so that I didn't get stuck with the heat this summer. Definitely will continue to do business with them and for sure recommending them to anyone I know.

I called because my AC wasn't blowing cold anymore and living in an upstairs apartment during summer is no fun without AC. I spoke with Omar in the office and he asked lots of questions to get an idea of my issue before even recommending a tech come to my house. He asked me to check my thermostat and a few other things to make sure it wasn't something I could take care of without a visit. Turned out I needed a charge for my system and a maintenance and now it blows colder than before. Thanks Omar for being so helpful and having the customer interests in mind and not just the money!

I received a call from them about a service deal...normally I say no thank you and hang up but I am glad I stayed on tg e line. They were offering a tune up of my ac...furnace and water heater for a great price. The technician was friendly and full of info. He stayed for over an hour and cleaned all of our items. He made suggestions to improve usage. My only complaint is that he did not leave any pricing for the suggestions. But that's ok...I will just call again when I am ready. Thank you for wonderful service..we will be using your company again

They were the 3rd company to come to check out my A/C and they are the only who gave us the honest truth. Lance and Troy gave us option and recommendations. They actually know what they're doing. Also a big shout out to Edgar who did a wonderful job installing our new system. Oh and they also clean up after themselves. How'd you like that? I did. Didn't have to worry about the mess!

This is the second time we used Total Comfort for their annual service check up and cleaning and found their service technicians to be incredibly professional, knowledge, friendly, and can clearly communicate technical information about my central A/C and heating system. This mostly comes from great management. This is a great American company that we can be proud of.
