We had a noisy fan in the HVAC system. Noel came out and tracked down the source of the noise and fixed it. He also helped me determine the size and type of filters i will need when it's time to replace them. He was very friendly, professional and helpful!

I've spent thousands of dollars on repairs on and off even had a membership. Then realize after going to the attict to replace the air filter to find out how bad this company really is and bad at what they do. After getting my ducts rearranged a while ago I guess the tech decided to cover the blower area they moved the duct from with duct tape instead of a metal sheet. This whole entire time my family has been breathing attic insulation possibly getting cancer. Not including the tape constantly fell inside the blower causing it to make a sound so I called them they charged me to replace the motor they broke. Horrible company. I would want my money back and more. The only reason I went to the attic is to replace the whole home filter they sold me to elliviatte the dust they created with the open duct area.

Want outstanding service? Look no further. This team will deliver just that! Last week we arrived home from our 4 day trip to Disneyland where we were away from our home. Upon returning we noticed the downstairs was unusually colder than normal and quickly realized the entire thermometer downstairs wasn't working at all! Luckily our 1 year warranty with our new home is still in effect and the warranty department with Pulte said it would take a few days to hear a response from Total Comfort. I took it upon myself to call within a few hours this same day just hoping I would be able to get service sooner than later. I am a stay at home mama to a 10 mo old and a 3 year old so my concern for their health in a comfortable temperature environment was all that mattered to me. Marlena takes my phone call and after I explain what is going on she immediately finds a technician that can come out to make the repair THIS SAME DAY! I was floored and wanted to cry! She even mentioned her genuine concern for me as a mother to two little girls, one of them being a baby and how she completely understood why I needed the repair made as soon as possible! The technician even arrived an hour earlier than expected and within minutes he replaces our thermometer and ensures it's working properly before he leaves. He too mentions he has a little baby at home as well and how he understands the concerns I have. In addition to writing this review I also called back and personally thanked Marlena once again for her genuine concern and compassion for my family and for her customers. Thank you Marlena again! We are customers always!

We have had the honor of working with Total Comfort over the last 5 years and thankful that we have been able to find such an exceptional business. The company that installed our AC years ago, is out of business, it was a father and son business that ended when the son was in a major accident... so we have since used Total Comfort. They have serviced our AC more then once, checked the zones and help reset things as needed. We recently used them again and we had quick service, everyone was super polite, truthful and straight to the point. No one has ever tried to push sales or overprice service. If you need help with your AC or other, my husband and I strongly recommend giving Total Comfort a call and let them help! We have never had bad service with them and they keep open communication. Total customer satisfaction! Thank you Total Comfort!!

I called this company last week and scheduled an appointment for today between 9-11. They said a technician would text me in the morning with an ETA
At 1030 I hadn't heard anything so I called the office. First she said they had me scheduled for 12 to 2. Next, she said the technician called off sick and no one else could make it today, or any other day this week!
I can understand staff call out sick, but they could have called me in the morning to tell me, so I could go to work. They could have fit me in after work, or the weekend, but no offers to accommodate. Just an im sorry. So, I lost an entire day of vacation time.
This company has no consideration for my time. I definitely don't recommend.
