Mark was SO helpful. My kitchen sink was clogged and we needed the main line snaked. He snaked it, then sent through a camera snake to make sure it was all clear. He also suggested a couple long term things to do to keep the pipes better, but did not pressure to sell it at all. I highly recommend him. Nothing but good vibes.

I called these guys, cause I had a slab leak. They referred me to a company called Mr Plumbing, cause they couldn't fix the issue themselves. So Mr Plumbing shows up and instead of worrying about the slab leak, he was more worried about the water damage that the leak caused. Apparently he works together with a guy that takes care of water damage, he kept on insisting on the fact that ""I need to talk to his friend that is an expert into fixing water damage and blah blah blah"" he then charges me $250 to locate the leaking pipe, and he basically didn't do anything but walking around with a machine here and there for 5 minutes. He sends me a quote of $1800 at first. When I contacted him today amd told him that I would want everything to be put back in place when the leak is fixed, he starts talking about the water damage people again! He says that its not hisnjob to do all that! Are you serious dude? Then sends me another quote for $3300, apparently he got butthurt. I was calling your company for help fixing a leak in my house and the only thing you did was wasting my time and money!

If you need a plumber, look no further. Marco is your guy! After having a horrible experience with roto rooter I can honestly tell you that Marco was the complete opposite. He will get the job done efficiently and with a reasonable price, following all the codes. My tenants at Palmdale had no water and Marco went in with a mission to provide water as soon as possible. What he did was beyond anything I could have asked for. I am extremely grateful for him and his team. Updates were given every day with pictures (I live in Los Angeles). I would definitely have Marco do ALL plumbing repairs in the future. Thank you Marco for your hard work and determination to the very best that's humanly possible.

We had three gas leaks and Marco responded to my request for service within 10 minutes on a Sunday night.
He sent a technician in the next morning who assessed and gave us a quote. We had three other plumbing come out to also give us a bid and they were much more expensive. Tornado rooter gave us a very affordable bid and Marco did excellent work. The next time we need a plumber, we will definitely contact Marco and his company!
