I called these guys, cause I had a slab leak. They referred me to a company called Mr Plumbing, cause they couldn't fix the issue themselves. So Mr Plumbing shows up and instead of worrying about the slab leak, he was more worried about the water damage that the leak caused. Apparently he works together with a guy that takes care of water damage, he kept on insisting on the fact that ""I need to talk to his friend that is an expert into fixing water damage and blah blah blah"" he then charges me $250 to locate the leaking pipe, and he basically didn't do anything but walking around with a machine here and there for 5 minutes. He sends me a quote of $1800 at first. When I contacted him today amd told him that I would want everything to be put back in place when the leak is fixed, he starts talking about the water damage people again! He says that its not hisnjob to do all that! Are you serious dude? Then sends me another quote for $3300, apparently he got butthurt. I was calling your company for help fixing a leak in my house and the only thing you did was wasting my time and money!

If you need a plumber, look no further. Marco is your guy! After having a horrible experience with roto rooter I can honestly tell you that Marco was the complete opposite. He will get the job done efficiently and with a reasonable price, following all the codes. My tenants at Palmdale had no water and Marco went in with a mission to provide water as soon as possible. What he did was beyond anything I could have asked for. I am extremely grateful for him and his team. Updates were given every day with pictures (I live in Los Angeles). I would definitely have Marco do ALL plumbing repairs in the future. Thank you Marco for your hard work and determination to the very best that's humanly possible.

We had three gas leaks and Marco responded to my request for service within 10 minutes on a Sunday night.
He sent a technician in the next morning who assessed and gave us a quote. We had three other plumbing come out to also give us a bid and they were much more expensive. Tornado rooter gave us a very affordable bid and Marco did excellent work. The next time we need a plumber, we will definitely contact Marco and his company!

I was referred by my neighbor following my having sewer pipe problems. Marcos came out and was overall honest and courteous about the damage and how it could be remedied. I contracted him to do a trenchless sewer pipe lining which resolved my problem. Marcos dug up the necessary area and worked from 8am through 830 pm the same day to get the job done. The following day he and his team returned early morning and filled up the excavation site and laid the grass removed to where it is unnoticeable as if anything happened . Marco was extremely responsive in my initial request for an estimate, showed up on time and provided a very reasonable quote for the work. Once scheduled, he again showed up when he said he would and promptly fixed the issue, which was a leak in my main line. He was courteous and honest throughout. From there, I showed him two other leaks I had, one at the actual meter and another in my regulator pressure valve on hot water heater, he gave me another very fair quote on the spot and scheduled a time to service. Once again, he showed up on time, fixed both leaks in a timely manner, and cleaned up after himself. I am so happy to have found Tornado Rooter, as they are my new go to plumbing service and will be recommending them to friends. I have been ripped off by other plumbers so can speak from experience that you will get premium level of service for market fair prices from Marco and team.
