A technician was sent by the company to look at my bathroom sink faucet. I was shocked when he told me that it would cost $976 to replace the faucet. I felt very angry about his estimate. I got even more upset when he told me that his company is prestigious and they charge more. In the end, I asked him to please leave. After some thinking, I was able to figure things out. I removed the aerator. Luckily there was a brand new aerator in the house, so I got the aerator working. My faucet now works perfectly, but I am still very angry that this plumber tried to rip me off, and behaved like a scammer. Please watch out. I have checked online for typical prices, and I found that the typical price range is from $170 to $360 to replace bathroom sink faucets. I am a person of color, and I am wondering if my dark color played a role in the treatment I got from this plumber. Just thinking: people of color have stories about treatment from professionals and businesses.

Nathan was amazing and very knowledgeable also very professional .He took care of the problem that same day . We had an issue with our waterline leaking and decided to give them a call they got someone out here same day and they took care of the problem. Nathan took good care of us from the start . Update: whoever this company is hiring, is a crook. I personally went to the house with our personal plumber and there was nothing wrong with the water heater. After our plumber ignited the pilot, the water heater started working again. Trying to scam us out of over $4000 to get a working water heater replaced because he knew it was tenant occupied. What a joke. Be aware of scammers!

We asked for a quote and the plumber who showed up at the house has a horrible customer service and attitude.
First, he said we needed to replace the entire water heater because the parts will take a long time to arrive and it's tenant occupied. So, in order to make tenants happy, it's best to replace so they have hot water today. I was happy to replace it.
Then, I asked how much would that be, and instead of giving me an answer, he goes and elaborate a length answer of what he will do and what is needed and finally gives me an answer which is 3.5 times more than the market value.
We change water heater for other clients at least once a year so we are well aware of market value.
Then, he threatens me by saying I will inform your tenants you don't want them to have hot water today.
Wow!!!! this is not customer service. We have a right to refuse service and he should have known better that I put the request on yelp so other plumbers will be coming to give a quote as well.
RIDICULOUS company! Based on many reviews, I'm pretty sure I got a horrible plumber. So, my review is based on my experience with this plumber.

Eric and Daniel did an amazing job replacing the water main to my home. They were wonderful to work with and went above and beyond, which is a rarity these days. They immediately responded and came out to provide a free estimate and included more than one solution to my problem. ADT drilled thru a pipe while installing a camera, flooding my garage. I called Top Tier at 5:30pm, Frank was here in less than an hour. Job was completed by 7:30pm. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. Frank, the tech, was super nice and d professional. The cost seemed very reasonable, as well.
