Our hot water went out in the kitchen over the weekend. We have a baby and my wife has another one due any day. Frank came within minutes late in the afternoon, within an hour of me calling. He was awesome. Very nice and sincere, he really tried to diagnose the issue and ultimately figured out it wasn't a leak, or a pipe issue. My faucet had become clogged with sediment due to our hard water. After ensuring the faucet head was cleaned out, there wasn't a lot more that could be done other than replacing the faucet. And ultimately, trying to address the hard water with potentially a home water treatment (filter) system. They didn't even charge me. I couldn't believe the level of service and that people and companies like this still exist. Much appreciated.

The owner, Nathan, is very friendly and personable. He put me at ease when I first met him. He called or texted me every step of the way through the project. He removed an old tub/shower unit and replaced it with a new shower unit. All the specialists Nathan hires are as great as he is. His tile guy had to lay an additional row of tile on the floor. It fits perfectly. All the specialists Nathan hires are as great as he is. His price was competitive, even lower than some others, and his work is excellent! I give him and his company my highest recommendation.

We've consistently had great experiences with Top Tier Plumbing and Rooter, specifically with Nathan. We met Nathan after a long list of unsatisfactory plumbers and we consider ourselves so lucky that we've found him. At this point he's done a massive amount of work for us: he helped us remodel our kitchen and our master bathroom, he's helped us set up a gray water system so that we can re-use our shower/laundry water as irrigation, and he's done numerous smaller jobs like installing sinks/toilets, fixing leaks, and so on. All of the work he's done for us has been excellent. One notable piece of work was when he was installing our bathtub and ran into a problem because the drain was leaking due to a mistake in the tub design. Nathan solved the problem by MacGyvering together some kind of valve which was able to seal the leak and the remodel could continue. I was fully expecting the problem to stop the remodel for weeks while we contacted the manufacturer to get a new part, etc, so I was thrilled and extremely impressed by Nathan's solution.

Anyway, to summarize, Nathan's great. He's always quick to respond, super professional, and the quality of work is unbelievable. I look forward to the next time we need his services.

I called Nathan out. He was at my house quickly, to diagnose the issues. Rudy came out to complete the repairs on my scheduled day and everything was perfect. I'm extremely happy with the job that was done. Very clean, in and out (all things considered), and we are back to normal. A+ on quality of work and professionalism.
