I've used Top Tier twice and both times in an emergency situation. Last year right around this time, I found them during a search on a Sunday. They not only could accommodate a Sunday appointment, but Frank showed up super quickly and was able to resolve the issue. That issue ended up being more complex than imagined, but Frank made sure everything was working as it should after a long day of work.

Fast forward to this year, I had a pipe burst, causing me to have to turn off my main water line. I called Top Tier again and Frank was at my door within the hour. He diagnosed the issue, gave me two solutions, and I did end up going with the bigger fix, which involved about 2.5 days of work. He was thorough, kept me updated through the process, and everything is working as it should.

I cannot thank Top Tier enough. They've come through for me on two emergencies and will continue to be my first call.

Courteous customer service from the person that answered the phone and plumber that arrive at my house in about 30 minutes. Emergency surcharge on a Sunday night was affordable considering the time and day that my plumbing issue happened. Frank M. was friendly and polite explaining the charges and extent of repairs required. I didn't have to wait until the next day to get my water back on.

I would have given this business a 5 star rating, but the cost seems a little high. The plumber showed up when they said they would. Frank was very nice and did the work that was agreed to. This was a Sunday emergency call. Frank got here on Sunday evening and worked a couple of hours to cut out the Delta rough in fixture (which I destroyed trying to replace a $5 washer/spring cartridge part), and to cap the pipes to get the water back on. He came back the next day and spent another 3 hours to finish the job. I got an estimate before the work started and the total matched the invoice. The invoice does not breakdown the parts versus labor. However, I figured the parts were about $200 if buying from Amazon. Subtracting out this and the $100 emergency call charge, the hourly rate seems excessive...let's just say it was more than what I pay my lawyer.

I would like to thank Frank for coming out on Sunday on such short notice. AMAZING SERVICE!!!!
I called in on Saturday 8pm due to some kitchen sink issues and the lady who answered the phone was phenomenal very understanding. Everything was fixed by 9am.

We had Frank come over to look at a leak from the bottom of the toilet. He came back on with tools and parts and replace the wax seal and checked everything out while he had it apart. He did the install and reseated the toilet and caulked the seam at the tile line. It works great and looks great! Frank cleaned everything up and you couldn't tell we had any service at all! Repeat customer who will repeat again! Thanks Frank!
