I would give them 10 stars if I could . I had a big problem with my pipes and I called Top Sewer Mar Vista and the girl who answered the phone I'm sorry I didn't catch her name but she had excellent customer service she gave me a appointment within minutes and Luis and his partner were here in 20 minutes from when I called them . They got here and we're super friendly and nice even though I waisted there time but I will definitely recommend this Plumbing crew to anyone who needs plumbing services and if I need one in the near future I will definitely be giving them a call . Thank you guys

This was a very good experience from start to finish the representative from Top Sewer Mar Vista walk me through what the plumbers would be doing how they would be doing it asked me if there was any special things that I wanted which I did assured me that the job would be done in a professional manner and I was very impressed with the crew they sent out they were obviously very experienced and completed the job as stated by the representative in the time it was to be completed cannot say enough about the workmanship it was excellent

Adrian and Danny did. Fantastic and professional job yesterday! They picked up a bathroom vanity that I'd purchased from Lowe's and installed it after removing the old on. They modified the surrounding floor tile and wall coverings very well as well as repaired a copper water line and 2"" angled broken garden drain. Everything looks and works great! They were also delightful to work with :)

My water heater started leaking at a vacant house that was in between tenants. Fortunately, we caught it and hooked up a hose to drain.  I didn't have to rush into a decision. Fernando responded to my Yelp request quickly and efficiently. I had a quote within the hour and appreciated his communication.  He was able to schedule the next day. Moses arrived early and with a mask.He was able to walk me through the process and was patient when I needed to figure out sizing. I had to leave early and he locked up my place and tested out each faucet.  His diligence is appreciated. I had a gas leak and my gas was shut off by SoCal gas the night before my birthday. Top Sewer Mar Vista squeezed me into their schedule ASAP to assess the situation. They were punctual and did a thorough job finding several leaks. They took photos and explained everything to me when they gave me their estimate, which seemed very reasonable. I recommend them.

Adrian was a life saver. Best Buy completely dropped the ball on a deliver and installation. I called Top Sewer Mar Vista in need of immediate help and they came without hesitation. By far the best customer service I have ever received when using a home service, I needed some plumbing work done mainly because my toilet was malfunctioning. These guys were incredible over the phone with the communication and making me feel safe that they were coming because they told me that they follow all the safety guidelines for Covid. I love my shower and was having to use my roommate's for a while due to low water pressure. I thought that it might be a showerhead issue and had decided to replace it. My roommate suggested me to call Top Sewer Mar Vista instead of experimenting. The professional showed up an in impressive uniform and explained that it was not a shower head issue but there might be a hidden leak. He gave a fair quote and fixed the issue in about 2 hours. I would have wasted my money on buying a new shower head without their help.I have not faced the same problem ever again and I am quite satisfied with their service.

I had called Top Sewer Mar Vista for a blocked main pipe in the evening. They were prompt and arrived within the quoted time. They talked through the issue with me very calmly making me understand everything and answering all my questions with patience. They explained my options in detail. They worked late till evening snaking the pipe, and since they could not finish with hydro jetting the same day, they came back early in the morning the next day to finish hydro jetting. Their speedy service impressed me. They have hands-on experience, and that is why are able to guide you in the right direction of your options.I appreciate the company's transparency with their clients and also the courteous attitude of all the people I spoke to at the company. Also, same day service is a promise that many make but almost never comply but with this Plumbing Company, it was true indeed.
