There has been the God awful smell in my home the past week or so and I was so done with it so I began googling a lot of different solutions and someone recommended that I give you guys a shot since you are in my area so i did! I am so happy with the service and how friendly and cool your technicians are! If i could give out 6 stars i definitely would but today i'll leave you with 5! I tried for the life of me to clear a blockage in my master bathroom but nothing i tried was working so i decided to give Top Sewer a call. They did try and help me troubleshoot over the phone but sadly i'm just not a handy man type and so I had them come out which they did in the same day! Normally in the past I needed to go set up an appointment with other plumbers but you guys were fast, efficient and very friendly so once again thank you for helping me out!

Taking a cold shower is never fun at all, this place was nearby my house so I immediately gave them a call. It's like I hit the jackpot because these guys were very kind and when they got to my house followed all Covid safety precautions and were very kind. They were able to fix my water heater within an hour and they told me if I ever need a new one to call them and they will give me the best price. Thank you so much

Very fast, timely, respectful and knowledgeable. Mainline had a sewage block and technician was able to come within 1 hour and resolve the issue within 1 hour. Also showed me how to resolve this myself if it happens again. The price was very fair, would recommend to friends and family.

My friend called this company yesterday and they were able to come out the same day and unclog our washing machine/kitchen pipe. Our washing machine is draining perfectly today, which is so needed with a new baby at home! They worked quickly and were very nice, I would happily use them again!

Quoted price over phone but when showed up estimate was significantly higher.  Talked to office and explained each increase line by line and after looking at pictures made slight reduction in price because less than normal work required .  Finish quickly and my tenant said the job looked great.  Nice to find reputable company that is willing to work with you.

Top Sewer Mar Vista are great. They are fair and honest. I can call them if I have a problem and the owner always comes if all of his workers are busy. They installed a water heater for me and a month or so later, the pilot blew out. He tried to walk me through it, but when I was unable to do it, he was right here to light it for me. I feel that they go the extra mile. I highly recommend Top Sewer Mar Vista.

I would give them 10 stars if I could . I had a big problem with my pipes and I called Top Sewer Mar Vista and the girl who answered the phone I'm sorry I didn't catch her name but she had excellent customer service she gave me a appointment within minutes and Luis and his partner were here in 20 minutes from when I called them . They got here and we're super friendly and nice even though I waisted there time but I will definitely recommend this Plumbing crew to anyone who needs plumbing services and if I need one in the near future I will definitely be giving them a call .
