This is a unprofessional company garbage to say the least, especially their lying receptionist! I scheduled a service call and then they never showed up saying they had spoken to my home warranty & claimed they cancelled the service and then my home warranty called them back and confronted them and they were full of shit.
I'm glad now they will be reporting them and will no longer be working with them as a referral. Don't hire these lying sack of shits ever !!

Had a clog in the main line. Called 10 plumbers in our area. Ten! Hard to believe they are all that busy. No one answered, got voicemails. But when I called Top Service, a live human being answered the phone, imagine that! Luis came out soon after my call. Fixed my issue! Love them!!! Don't hesitate to call them for all your plumbing needs. You will love them too!
P.S. 8 hours later and the other plumbers are calling me back lol. A little late to the party guys! If I had waited for them I'd be running to Target to use their bathroom. So call Top Service Plumbing FIRST!!!

We had an issue with our valves connected to our toilet today. We called around 4pm and the lady we spoke to was super nice. She let us know that someone would be over around 6pm. She let us know the minimum charge since it would be after-hours. They're very honest!
Anthony serviced our place this evening. He called beforehand to let us know he was on our way - very nice. He came in and checked it out and let us know the possible price. There would be a few things for him to look at before giving us the final price but right from the beginning, they're very honest and transparent!
He was able to finalize the price and get everything done in half an hour!!!! So quick! Very professional, very kind. I appreciated that he put shoe covers on every single time he went in the house. He'd take it off before going out - great!
I will definitely use them again if I ever need a plumber. I'm so satisfied!

These guys are truly TOP SERVICE! Especially their technician, Luis. He is extremely thoughtful and courteous, as well as quite knowledgeable and good at his trade. He replaced our failed disposal and toilet (talk about a twofer, right?) efficiently in short time, cleaning thoroughly afterwards and making sure we were happy and there was nothing else we wanted before he left.
Luis is the BEST! We'll ask for him for any future needs.

I called on a Sunday to have a clog and a leak repaired , They answered the phone at 9 am and by 10 am their tech was already at my home.
The Owner Jesse called me at 2:30 to see how things went . At the time I wasn't very happy but then Jesse went the extra mile to insure I was happy with their service and in the end I can say that I would recommend Top Service for your repairs and emergency service.
I cant remember the last time an owner took time out of his Sunday to insure customer satisfaction.

Jessie the owner contacted me to help myself understand what may have happened. I completely see and understand what has happened, in fact if anyone reads my old review below. I see why one of the workers arrived at the house. Basically to make sure that the builder doesn't play a quick one on us. Anyway, our conversation ended great with a newfound respect for Jesse and his business.

tldr: I feel robbed of $150 over miscommunication, the actual work was excellent the customer service not so much.
This is a tricky review to write because, this isn't about the work done also I don't write very many reviews let alone 1 star reviews .
The work done was excellent and the value was great! What killed it for me is the customer Service. We didn't see eye to eye no matter how long we were on the phone going back and forth. Anywho, this is probably a rare situation with this company but it still happened so...
We were charged a $150 cancellation fee due to what I believe was miscommunication. Because of the miscommunication we the client had to pay the consequences... Most companies understand that miscommunication can happen, they call no foul and everyone walks away happy. But this company had the customer pay for it lol.
We called for an appointment everything went well. Except, unknowingly there was a signing for what we thought was an invoice but in fact a contract. We have signed this ""contract"" on an iPad with a blank signature page maybe the screen was pre-zoomed in I don't know, except for the fact that the page was blank. Where we might of messed up is assuming that we're signing a invoice. Here's the thing... It's normally common practice for companies to explicitly say something along the lines that you're about to sign a contract or even let's go over the contract, none of which happened so we signed let me remind you, we we're thinking that it's a invoice.
Anywho, a few hours passed and we got news that our house builder will repair everything free of charge. So we called top service plumbing and told them about the situation and not to send anyone. They said that they'll tell the workers off and make note of it. Finally the day to work is upon us and the workers showed up still although they shouldn't have, also... what about that note (miscommunication)?
Naturally we had to turn them away, the problem though? A $150 cancellation fee, even though the supervisor/manager said that there is a 3 day cancellation policy in the contract that I don't recall signing... Well the day of work was exactly on the 3rd day plus the workers shouldn't have showed up... So I told them... Ok, I'll exercise that 3 day policy... Then literally the company said that I have exercised the 3 day policy but that the $150 is for credit card fees, not cancellation lol... Like ""what the **** is exactly going on"" is what I'm thinking...
So I explained to them no one mentioned a $150 credit card fee for using a credit card, I mean when fees are attached to using credit it's quite obvious like all the cashier's from brick and mortar spots will tell you this kind of info, even my ice cream truck lady told me about added fees. But not this company apparently, they'll let you swipe away! Or perhaps they're not telling the full truth? I'm not sure but I'm sure that they have my $150 which fortunately my personal bank and builder both said they'll take the debt but that isn't the point. I feel robbed from this place and it really sucks writing this review because the work that they did do was real good...
I understand that the customer isn't always right, they already made almost $600 from us for the work. Why not side with miscommunication and give back our $150? I'm not even blaming anyone here, it's just a better business practice to side with the client especially if it's over a miscommunication via the phone, the contract that didn't look like a contract etc...

They were were great! Helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. We had had servers plumbers come out back to back weeks dealing with a clogging issue and still not getting it fixed. They came out and were able t help right away. With better customer service and pricing than any of the other guys. Strongly recommend.

I called this company on a problem I had on a house in the IE they gave one price on the phone and then the price changed when they arrived and without ficing the problem wnats to charge full price be careful when you deal with them.
