Update: Dear Jesse, you served my house and you have to stop your childish behavior and take responsibility. They guy that showed up in my house was a nice person and probably was instructed by you to do this kind of things, nobody slammed the door and I wished I could post the video of my ring camera here just to show that you are a liar. Btw, we refuse your service when we realize what you were trying to do.

This is the worst company, don't get scammed they'll give a price to get you and will try to charge you a lot more when they get to your house. Liars and Scammers !!!

Went through First American Home Warranty - Top Service techs came and fixed my sink blockage in under 10 minutes through an outside drain plug I didn't know about. Happy with the service and speed.

I called them and five other plumbing companies for quotes to install two toilets I had purchased. Top service came in with the lowest bid to do the job but told me that if I did not replace some piping for the toilet that they would not warrantee the job for risk of a leak.
None of the other companies that I spoke to and gave the same scenario of installing two toilets being supplied by myself, mentioned the need to replace any pipes. And I found the idea of bringing up possible leaks as a red flag and ultimately Making the decision not to use them.

Top Service was quick to respond to my request on Yelp and was able to schedule a repair on my water heater soon after contact. Workers arrived on time and prepared with materials needed for the job. Job was completed quickly and with quality work. Pictures were provided to document work completed to facilitate easy verification to escrow for home sale. Jesse even took the time to review a couple other issues that could use repair in the future on my new property. Appreciate the good customer service! It goes a long way! Thanks guys for taking a little stress away from the home sale game for me! Will definitely call again for future needs!

I did not use this service BUT they need to make sure their drivers follow the rules of the road! I was cut off by one of their trucks TWICE! First, at a stop sign when it was my time to go. I was at the stop sign much ahead of him and was already beginning my turn when he cut me off. Then, I switched lanes to turn left at a light, making sure to use my turn signal to advise the drivers around me. He totally just pulls up in front of me without using his signal and I had to slam on my breaks to not hit him. Might be because this guy was ON HIS PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME! Not okay! This is what causes accidents! Tell your drivers that they represent you when they drive your vehicles. And know I would never use your services because if you can't be a safe driver, you probably cut other corners that may put people in danger/at risks.

This is not a responsible company.
The water heater could not be ignited in March 2019, they replaced the ignition coil, and the price of amazon was $25. They charge $285 and offer a one-year warranty.
The same problem occurred again in the water heater in October 2019, and their workers said that this was not the same fault, which was the failure of the Gas Control Thermostat. This is not covered by the warranty.

This is a new failure and requires more than $500 to replace parts.

The same failure occurred again in just 6 months, with the first part costing $25 and they charging $285, which is an unacceptable price.
It's even more unacceptable to charge $500 again.

I think they are just trying to make money, not to solve the problem.

The is also shirking responsibility. Their workers suggest purchasing New so they don't have to take any responsibility.

I just want to remind them to choose their customers, we must figure out the root cause of the fault, this may not only be the cause of the surface failure, maybe there is a bigger problem inside, they will not tell you, because they wait for the next charge More maintenance costs.

This is very unethical behavior! There is no solution to the essence of the problem at all.
