The last thing you want to see when you are snaking a clogged drain is mud and gravel at the end of that snake because that means your pipe is broken. This broken pipe problem is magnified when its inside a restaurant and its causing the floor drain at the front of the restaurant, right under our soda machine to flood. I knew the break was not at the trap because it was recently replaced and we were able to get the snake far enough to know that the pipe was broken somewhere away from the trap under the concrete floor somewhere.

Usually my stepfather is my savior for all repair needs, including plumbing issues, but this time he felt he was way out of his league and suggested I call a professional. He suggested I call someone to put a camera down the drains so we could find the break, he thought it would be more cost effective in the long run to do this. So I called Top Service Plumbing after reading all the great reviews and finding out they service one of my fellow tenants as well so I figured they had the experience to deal with my type of situation.

Jesse and Adam came in a couple hours after I called and tried to put the camera down my pipes to no avail. My pipes were in such bad shape they could not push the camera down to find the break. I have to say that I was not shocked by this revelation, as I have had problems with my drains the entire time I have been at this location. We have changed a few floor drains that have been corroded since we still have galvanized steel pipes so I knew I would eventually face this problem, I was just hoping it would never happen (wishful thinking). Jesse suggested I hydrojet the pipes and add another cleaning duct, I knew I had to do both, he also gave me a quote for the repair. But I knew this quote wasn't going to be the end of it, I knew my problem was bigger than Jesse suspected since I have had countless issues with my drains. Jesse agreed to come back at 10PM after I closed my restaurant for the night to do the work.

Jesse and Adam came back that around 9:45PM and started to cover the front of the restaurant to protect all surfaces from dust and debris, and even made a self-enclosure to contain the dust inside this makeshift room and Adam started the jackhammer, broke the floor and the break wasn't there but they kept digging to find it. Meanwhile Jesse was working on installing a cleaning duct on the other side of the wall. When I noticed they didn't find the break were we all thought it was my heart sank. Jesse kept telling me not to worry because he was still digging for it, but I just knew. I have a history with these pipes you see, and the minute my stepfather refused to do the work, I knew I was in trouble, because my stepfather can fix ANYTHING and he wasn't willing to touch this.

To make a long story short, Jesse and Adam worked through the entire night, and finally finished the job the next day at 11:30AM, they even called an extra person to come in an help in order to speed up the process and allow me to open my business that day. They ended up replacing pipes in the front, the back, fixing the existing cleaning duct, and fixing previous work done by another plumber. They were very careful to protect all surfaces and contain all sand and gravel as best as they could. They even mopped the floor after before they left. He even went as far as taking picture of everything under the floor for future reference, and pointed out other issues I still have with pipes he did not replace. My stepfather came in towards the end of the job and Jesse went over what he did with him and my stepfather was very happy with what he saw.

Unfortunately I could not have the additional pipes replaced then, but it is something I will do in the future, and Jesse will be the person I call to fix these pipes.

This plumbing company is outstanding. I had several issues with water leaks around the toilets. The owner, Jesse, investigated our problems and found that the original installations were incorrectly assembled during construction. This is the second time he has come to our rescue to correct problems. We cannot say enough about him, his staff and their expertise! Highly recommended for any plumbing issues. He is a strong Christian and demonstrates his faith in all he does. Worth noting here also are his professional connections. We will be doing some remodeling in the future and will most likely be utilizing the references he suggested. Great Company!

We had another drain issue last week, this time in the kitchen. I called Jesse and explained our problem. He arrived about 4 hours later and snaked the drain through the outside clean out to open the drain. When they pulled the snake back out Jesse noted that a power flush would completely solve our problem. He scheduled a return visit for two days later as the equipment was in use on another job. True to his word, he returned and flushed the drain completely! While here he also corrected the drain plumbing under the sink. Top Service Plumbing is exactly what their name is!!! Top Service! My husband and I would like to thank Top Service Plumbing for their wonderful service. We got their referral from Angie's List to make sure we got the best and let us say ""we got the best of the best"" we cannot give enough praise to ""Jessie"" (We liked him from the get-go) he walked us through every detail from beginning to the end. We thought we had a simple blockage that turned into a nightmare right before Thanksgiving. Jessie inspected everything (himself) from crawing under our house to inside and around our home before sitting down with us and delivering the bad news that ""we had horrible plumbing problems under our house"" I could tell it saddened him to give us this news knowing what had to be done and done fast or our pipes could have ruptured (we were do to have 20 guests for Thanksgiving). Jessie and crew started right away on a Saturday to try to have everything done before Thanksgiving. Let me tell you that Jessie is a eager, trustworthy, hard working, knowledgeable & respectful young man and his crew are amazing. They all worked so hard and well with each other, laughing and at times singing. Lol! even though they were completely covered in dirt crawling in and out from under the house and still had a smile in their faces. Some days they didn't even take a lunch and a few nights they didn't leave until 7 or 8:00 to make sure we were set for the night till they returned the next day. I could go on and on but truly You can't get better than ""Jessie & his crew"" and back at the office ""Summer"" is sweet and right on top of things. We have a couple more things that another good hard working man ""Elmer"" is finishing up but we couldn't be happier. We will always call on Jessie and his crew for all future projects. We don't know what Top Service Plumbing pays Jessie and his crew but ""it's not enough""!! Thank you Jessie we so appreciate your hard work and honestly.

I have had Jesse and team out twice to help out with different issues and all of my experiences have been great. The first time was to hydrojet the pipes. They came onsite and did the work quickly and efficiently. Due to me having such a good experience I also had them to a repiping under the kitchen sink and new faucet installation. Last night they came in on short notice to repair a leaking toilet that was coming through the ceiling. They worked quickly and I couldn't be more happy. Jesse always walks me through everything they are going to be doing that way I have full confidence in them. Jesse and his team are wonderful! We loved how transparent they are with their service. Not only did they explain every detail of their work, they gave estimates and options, wore covers on their shoes in the house AND stayed until past 8:30 pm up to their hips in a ditch full of water just to make sure we were able to shower and use our restrooms that night! They are coming back for phase II of repairs (the not urgent ones) and we have nothing but trust for Jesse and his team! We are so lucky to have found such a fair and efficient company to work with! Side note.....they offer military discounts too!

Part two of our repairs are complete! Again, Jesse and his team stayed well past 8 pm to finish the job. They came back the next morning to clean up more!
