Jesse and his team are wonderful! We loved how transparent they are with their service. Not only did they explain every detail of their work, they gave estimates and options, wore covers on their shoes in the house AND stayed until past 8:30 pm up to their hips in a ditch full of water just to make sure we were able to shower and use our restrooms that night! They are coming back for phase II of repairs (the not urgent ones) and we have nothing but trust for Jesse and his team! We are so lucky to have found such a fair and efficient company to work with! Side note.....they offer military discounts too!

Part two of our repairs are complete! Again, Jesse and his team stayed well past 8 pm to finish the job. They came back the next morning to clean up more! They stuck to their price quoted even though they came across other issues. We love supporting this local business and would recommend them highly!

To start, this isn't a review of their actual plumbing services. However, I take real issue when a business is unwilling to fulfill their commitments, particularly for a major issue like a drain clog.

I called Friday night as we believed our main line was clogged. They said they would be there Saturday morning between 8 and 10. We later found out it was the kitchen drains only, but they were backed up into the laundry room. We had a crazy Saturday morning but I was hoping we were going to be the first call of the day. At 8:40 AM, I hadn't heard or seen anyone, so I called to see if we could reschedule for the afternoon. The girl on the phone was very nice and said no problem, it will be 1-3 or 2-4 time slots same day. I said no problem, see you then.

I then received a phone call about 2:40 pm on Saturday to let me know they were ""backed up"" and couldn't arrive until Monday morning between 10 and 12. We are a family of 6, so I wasn't up for having no laundry or kitchen available until Monday morning for a company that had said they could come out Saturday afternoon...and had then completely knocked out the ability for me to call someone else Saturday. She offered a discount, but I really don't care about that...I wanted a kitchen sink and laundry room that worked. She basically said nothing she could do, and we ended the call.

I am sure based on the reviews their plumbing services are good, and the price we discussed initially seemed reasonable, but if you can't count on them to show up to fix your issue, none of that really matters.

I called someone else late Saturday and they are coming Sunday morning. They were actually even cheaper. So my advice would be if you schedule with these people, and it is an emergency, make sure they are actually going to show up..my advice to the business is if you don't think you can make an emergency call, don't commit to it and waste nearly an entire customer's day waiting for you to show up for a call you can't make. Unacceptable.

We called Top Service to have our broken shower and sink faucets replaced. I was in a time crunch, as I had out of town guests arriving. They came the next morning, evaluated the problems, got the parts and finished the job in one day! I was excited to have it fixed so quickly and efficiently. They wore shoe covers as not to get my floors dirty, cleaned up everything when they were done and the cost was very reasonable. Jesse checked out a few other issues we were having with our kitchen sink and water pressure and gave me an estimate for the future. They worked quickly, no milking the time. I can tell that Jesse is experienced and knows his stuff, but he is not pushy about the work, just explained the problems clearly and let us decide what we wanted to have done. We will be calling him back for sure. It feels good to have a plumber we can trust!

Just serviced my dad's house, did a fairly large job in bathroom. Complete remodel. Got a really nice looking tub and fixtures
Came out great, and for a fair price.
They were very professional, and attentive to my parents needs. Kept area neat and clean and we're great about protecting carpet and floors remodel was in master bath upstairs.
Jesse and his team were great!! Especially want to thank Elmer and Warren for all the hard work.

Let me start off by saying that our experience with Jesse and Top Service started out a positive one. Jesse showed up to our residence on time, seemed knowledgeable, performed the work quickly and professionally to repair a pinhole copper pipe leak in our dining room, restored our water service the same day, and cleaned up after the work was done. Since this was the third water leak in 3 years, a decision was made to re-pipe the entire house. While we had concerns about potential lack of water service (we have a family to take care of) as well as a disruption to our daily lives, Jesse (also a family man) told us personally that we would have water service to the major areas of the house at the end of each day and that his company would make every effort to minimize impact to our lives. Convinced that what we were told was accurate, we agreed to proceed with the work at that time. This is where the experience goes downhill fast...(Day 1): No water service to all bathrooms. The on-site employees thought it would be a good idea to leave the worksite at 4:00. Jesse's response was that we should make it our job to manage his staff..are you kidding me? (Day 2): No water service to any part of the house except an upstairs bathroom. So at this point we are on day 2 without showers. Jesse's response was ""to do it old school and bring water downstairs from the bathroom"". This is not the ""water service"" that was described in the beginning. He also tried to minimize our lack of kitchen access by saying my wife could get a nice dinner out of it...meanwhile she is thinking ""are you paying""? When I complained to our landlord about lack of water, Jesse's response was to call my wife, literally yell at her, and tell her no more work would be performed until we got a hotel for the rest of the job. After day 4, we had 90+ holes in the house. When speaking with another locally reputable plumbing company about it after the fact, I was told it should not have been any more than 30. Mind you the second plumber was only out here this weekend because Jesses's team did not replace the hot water heater expansion tank, thus the water heater was leaking. Oh did I forget to mention that they did almost nothing to protect our personal belongings which in some cases were damaged or that not at any point after the work was complete did Jesse come to the house for inspection or walk through? The unprofessionalism was demonstrated at every opportunity. I sure hope I never have to experience a job like this again, but I can assure you, I will choose someone other than Jesse and Top Service. I do not find the need to complain often...I just hope that this review helps someone in the future avoid the same problems we had.

Jesse and Top Service Plumbing IS as good as it gets. This company is Top Notch . They responded to my call in no time and they are very knowledgeable as to troubleshooting the problem. They found the problems and got all the parts needed and fixed a fairly troublesome repair. They do very good work and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Top Service Plumbing for your plumbing needs. 5 stars in my book.

This company gets five stars entirely due to the customer service excellence of its owner operator: J. Partida. His devotion to customer satisfaction is better than any contractor in any field I've encountered, with no exception. I don't like dealing with plumbing problems, but apparently when you buy a house from a guy who didn't deal with any of its problems, you're sort of stuck. Top Service could not have a more appropriate name. This crew worked a very tedious tankless water heater install and debugging session at my house for a very long while, and when I wasn't buying the manufacturer's representative's diagnosis, this owner-operator kept at the problem until he discovered the actual cause. Frustrating to buy new equipment and have it fail out of the box, but far less frustrating when the installer is as knowledgeable and tenacious as Jesse proved to be. Jesse knows what he knows, and he knows what you'll need somebody else to do, and that is also a very rare commodity in the world of contractors with which I've previously intersected. You may regret buying a house with issues, you may regret buying systems from sloppy manufacturers, but Jesse will not let you regret working with his company.

Jesse and his team were very helpful in our time of need. These guys provided clean, quick and quality service at a reasonable price. Jesse explained the process from the beginning to the end. Once we had the repairs completed his employee explained to us what he did to repair our leak, we were kept informed of everything. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!!!!!

Jesse and Adam helped me right away when my toilet leaked. They are both super helpful with all my questions and problems. Jesse fixed my sink too. I had other plumbing service, and they were nowhere near as good as these guys. Great prices too. I would recommend them to anyone.
