I usually do not prefer writing reviews for businesses, but after my experience with Top Rank Plumbing, I felt compelled to share my experience.

Our project consisted of two requests -- replace the kitchen sink and repair a very unusual issue with the shower faucet. I felt these two requests were common enough, and therefore simple and quick jobs to undertake. But I was surprised that every single plumbing business I contacted via Yelp, Craigslist, Angie's List, and even Thumbtack all turned me down on the basis of the job description I provided. However, Top Rank Plumbing was THE ONLY ONE who agreed to not only come out and assess the work, but take the jobs on too. That was the first positive experience with them -- that they did not assess the work on the basis of a customer's written description (which by the way, could be extremely flawed because customers often are not the experts), but on the basis of their professional assessment. That means they took time out of their already packed schedule with other customers to at least come to our home, assess the work, speak with us in person, and answer any questions. Whereas other plumbers just said ""no"" without truly understanding the customer's circumstances, Top Rank Plumbing at least put in the effort to understand what the issues were.

The second positive outcome of my experience with them was their commitment to deliver QUALITY results. It turned out that the kitchen sink replacement was not so cut and dry after all. It necessitated extra parts, extra hours of labor, and some very creative problem-solving. And Top Rank Plumbing never charged an extra dime above what they already provided as a quote! Despite putting in the additional hours of work as well as purchasing more parts out of their own pocket, they stayed true to the amount they quoted and did not pass on those expenses to us. I must admit, I was completely impressed by that level of work ethic and integrity.

And finally, I must commend Top Rank Plumbing for having the friendliest and most customer-centric work technicians on their work force. They answered all our questions promptly and were extremely polite. They arrived on time and cleaned up very well after their job was completed. I also liked that Top Rank Plumbing answered our texts after hours -- another testament to their commitment in providing amazing customer support.

Of all businesses out there, I can count on only one hand those that deserve the merit of being top-ranked. That is how high my standards are for what I consider stellar customer service. And I have to honestly say that Top Rank Plumbing is among that very short list. I am definitely using them again for future plumbing needs.

I manage a commercial building in Carmichael and when I discovered a leak in our HVAC equipment, I contacted Top Rank Plumbing. They scheduled an appointment for the next business day and Devon called me to let me know his arrival time so I could meet him there. Devon was very professional and brought 2 other technicians. They diagnosed the problem, purchased the parts and came back to do the repairs. It all took about 3 hours, and Devon called me when they were finished with the job.
