I chose Top Rank Plumbing because they had such excellent reviews. When I called I spoke to a gentleman who was not particularly friendly. He was efficient and when I had to change the service date he was very accommodating, but still not very friendly. I was concerned about my decision to use Top Rank at this point, but come service day everything changed. I was scheduled for an 8-10 am window and received at text at 7:03 am letting me know Devin was on is way. Devin arrived shortly after 8 am and as very pleasant. He first reminded me of the quote I was given over the phone, which was very professional. He was replacing a toilet shut-off valve and I asked if he could install the float valve as well (something I had not asked for when I called) and he happily said he would. He finished the work quickly and it was very well done. He also installed the float value and didn't increase the amount he quoted which I had expected so that was a very pleasant surprise. Other than the lack of friendliness on the phone I can't recommend this company enough. They were professional, timely, the work was excellent and the price was very reasonable.

I called Top Rank after a different plumber failed to show up, and I'm glad it turned out that way. Israel and his team did a great job unjamming years of build up in my older home. Everything is running smoothly now and I'm grateful that they answered all of my questions, cleaned up well, and knew how to figure out the unexpected problems that cropped up. Nice, personable team of guys. Highly recommend

Israel and Ryan were at my house promptly - at the beginning of their one hour arrival window. I explained what I knew about my clogged drain problem. They explain what they had to do. It wasn't inexpensive (nothing is, these days), but they resolved my issue. Plus, they wore booties in the house and - bonus - they squeegied my shower enclosure afterwards - so no water stains!

They were very knowledgeable and respectful.

I would definitely use them again.

I called Top Rank Plumbing and they were able to respond same day and clear the issue. We did pay extra for weekend service but it was worth it so my dad could concentrate on his recover.
