I could not be more impressed or grateful for the service I received late last night. I called after hours and Israel promised to be at my home within 2 hours. He delivered. I had an emergency situation with my plumbing that ultimately required 6 hours of work that started at 11p. The quality of work and outstanding customer service was amazing during a time of anxiety around what this would cost me and it was way less than expected. Not only did he explain what was happening but also talked through next steps and expenses. Israel and Ryan worked so hard to fix the issue and they ultimately resolved. I told all of my coworkers about the outstanding service and will call Israel again if I ever have issues again. Thank you guys for your hard work and service in the middle of the night. Really appreciate you!

Our toilet flooded due to blocked sewer line on Sunday night. These guys came out soon after calling and correctly diagnosed the problem. Due to late night we rescheduled for the next morning. Next morning I was able to open the cleanout and was able to unblock the small amount of debris in the line and sewer line became operational. I called back and they said no problem at all. Very cordial and understanding people. They did not charge me for the service call either. Israel was very responsive and we were kept updated via txt of all options or repairs and schedules.

Israel and his team did an amazing, clean and proper job in fixing my brand new house's water line. In fact, Israel took over from another plumbing company who did a patch job that was not going to hold in time. Israel made it so that this repair would last for many years.

Israel was terrific to work with! He actually answers his phone, is responsive, professional, and came on short notice for a leaking water supply line to my refrigerator on a Friday evening. He immediate identified the issue, turned off the supply to the refrigerator, came back the next day and replaced the entire supply line with copper and installed a shutoff valve, bringing all of it up to code. He communicated with me throughout the process and I must say Israel is a life saver!

The 3rd party vendor that HomeD**** used to install my new refrigerator never should have left the supply connection with a slight leak. All they did to mask the problem was wrap teflon tape around the exterior of the leaking connection (terrible)! See attached pics...

I called Top Rank Plumbing for an after hours service call. Israel answered and offered to advise me on how to mitigate the problem in case I wanted to wait until tomorrow to avoid the emergency fee. I opted to have him come out later that night. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs.

The workers were efficient, hard-working, and kind. They put in a new shower in the master bathroom and it looks magnificent. Highly reccomend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Sewer line backed up at 2pm on a Monday. Called my regular guy first and a couple others but they couldn't come out until Tuesday. Israel said he could be there same day between 6pm and 10pm for a reasonable price. Booked the appointment and received a confirmation text right away. At 606 pm I received a text indicating Israel would be onsite in 30 minutes. By 630pm he was onsite. Very courteous and professional. Israel and his helper Ryan got the line cleared out in no time and advised of possible next steps to prevent a blockage from reoccurring. Fast, professional, great communication, and reasonable price. Would definitely use again.
