There is nothing worse than having a water leak in your house. We had water running near our water heater so we just needed to confirm that it was the water heater that needed to be fixed. I called Steve at top quality plumbing and he agreed to come out the same day at 10 AM to take a look at it. They had a look at it and confirmed it was our water heater. Steve and his Team were professional and told us exactly how much it would cost us to get the water heater fixed. Since we live in an older home we had a smaller tank and Steve was able to recognize that and helped us get a bigger tank so our hot water would run longer. Since The water heater was installed we have not run out of hot water and everything has been fixed. Steve followed up with a call to make sure that everything was fixed and also let us know that if we had any problems to call him. I would highly recommend top quality plumbing because they were able to come out the same day and fix our problem and because of their professionalism.

Found this service on Yelp and glad I did. The water line busted after the meter going to the house. I thought I could fix it myself but couldn't stop the glued connection. They came over within half an hour. I was doing it right but the pressure busted The plumber was super cool and showed this old dog a few new tricks. RECOMMENDED!!!

Today we had an emergency, leaking water pipe in the crawl space under the house, we heard it last night and were fairly certain way the problem was. I called our usual good plumber but they couldn't come 'til Jan. 3. I checked Yelp and Next door for recommendations, all that I called, six,were unable to come today. A Top Quality man came and quickly found the leak, repaired it and suggested another useful repair. Steve then called to see if it had gone well.
I don't know yet the charges, but a good job was done.

I needed a shower valve replaced during a DIY bathroom remodel. It was the end of the week and every plumber I called (and actually made contact with) couldn't squeeze me in until next week - a delay that wouldn't work for me! Top Quality went out of their way to fit me in. The work was excellent, fast, and very well priced. Owner Steve is very responsive and professional. I found out about Top Quality Plumbing when I saw one of their vans in my condo complex. I left a message and Steve -who happened to be the owner- called me within a few hours. From then on he was easy to communicate with via text -my preference. He returned al messages on time. I've used him twice thus far and in both instances -2 separate employees-fixed the problem on a timely manner and conducted themselves in a ver professional way. Plumbing is a delicate thing here in San Diego. Lots of flooded kitchens and homes. I trust Steve and Top Quality Plumbing to do the job well, on budget, and in a timely manner.
