Found this service on Yelp and glad I did. The water line busted after the meter going to the house. I thought I could fix it myself but couldn't stop the glued connection. They came over within half an hour. I was doing it right but the pressure busted The plumber was super cool and showed this old dog a few new tricks. RECOMMENDED!!!

This was our first time calling. We had our main sewer line clog at 7:30 pm. Sinks, toilets, showers all backing up. They were here within the hour and had the main completely snaked out to the street. They even said we could pay tomorrow. We always want to support a local business nearby and couldn't be happier! Today we had an emergency, leaking water pipe in the crawl space under the house, we heard it last night and were fairly certain way the problem was. I called our usual good plumber but they couldn't come 'til Jan. 3. I checked Yelp and Next door for recommendations, all that I called, six,were unable to come today. A Top Quality man came and quickly found the leak, repaired it and suggested another useful repair. Steve then called to see if it had gone well.
I don't know yet the charges, but a good job was done.

I needed a shower valve replaced during a DIY bathroom remodel. It was the end of the week and every plumber I called (and actually made contact with) couldn't squeeze me in until next week - a delay that wouldn't work for me! Top Quality went out of their way to fit me in. The work was excellent, fast, and very well priced. Owner Steve is very responsive and professional. As a fellow small business owner, I know how many things he must be juggling, but he's on top of all of it. Top Quality will definitely be my first call in the future!

I found out about Top Quality Plumbing when I saw one of their vans in my condo complex. I left a message and Steve -who happened to be the owner- called me within a few hours. From then on he was easy to communicate with via text -my preference. He returned al messages on time. I've used him twice thus far and in both instances -2 separate employees-fixed the problem on a timely manner and conducted themselves in a ver professional way. Plumbing is a delicate thing here in San Diego. Lots of flooded kitchens and homes. I trust Steve and Top Quality Plumbing to do the job well, on budget, and in a timely manner.

I had this crew work on several problems for me in a rental property. they are punctual every time. more importantly, they stay until the job is done. I have rarely experienced such great professionalism. In fact when my son was present they allowed him to watch and learn while they worked. Unfortunately I have to call Top Quality Plumbing frequently. With a older house with plumbing issues I have called on them several times over the last several years. Everyone that Steve has sent out has been nothing but professional. There prices are reasonable and the owner Steve is always friendly. This company was repairing a gas line at my condo complex so I asked them to do some work at a house we were refurbishing for rental. It turned into the best experience I have had with a plumbing company, for the following reasons:

-Steve, the owner, kept in touch to confirm the appointment, to reschedule when 2 of his employees were ill, and to make sure I was satisfied with the work after it was completed.

-Ryan arrived right at the scheduled time. Based on my years of experience with contractors in all fields, this is a rarity. He was also articulate and well-groomed (no ""plumber's crack"" here!).

-He took the time to explain what he was going to do and he worked efficiently and quickly to accomplish the repairs. He also cleaned up after the job--other than things working again, you couldn't even tell he had been there.

-The cost was much more reasonable than what I have been charged by other plumbing companies.

Good business practices, friendly efficient interaction with both the owner and staff, and good prices--I will be recommending Top Quality to my friends and family!
