Home warranty sent them...I believe their tactic is bait and switch. They wanted $250 over what insurance approved to fix a leak in a PVC pipe. So I got it done for less than their "extra". Not so Top Notch in my opinion.

Top notch plumbing visited my house to repair a faucet, but apparently based on their feedback, Choice Home Warranty declined the repairs asserting that per contract "outline maintenance or malfunction due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to maintain any system or appliance in accordance with manufacturer specifications." I disagree.

Top Notch was quick and timely in their visit - thus the one stars.

My experience with Javier at Top Notch has been nothing short of exceptional. I cannot comment on the other plumbers within the organization, but Javier is my go to person. He always identifies the problem and correctly fixes it. Thanks for everything Javier!

I really wish a "0" star review was an option. This company was sent out by our warranty company, Choice Home Warranty, to clear a clog in our kitchen plumbing line. After being in our home for all of 10 minutes, the technician alleged the clog could not be cleared without "hydro-jetting" our pipes because it was clogged with "excessive grease". Hydro-jetting was not covered by our warranty, and the price we were quoted by Top Notch was VERY expensive. We decided to seek a 2nd opinion and checked the Nextdoor app for recommendations for another plumber. Thankfully, we found another plumbing company that was able to easily clear the clog and informed us that hydro-jetting was unnecessary. After clearing the clog, the other company also gave us advice on maintenance techniques that may help prevent future clogs. Top Notch Plumbing should really be called "Second Rate Plumbing"... Consumer's beware!

Javier Herrera was the professional who came out. He was very good at communicating when he would be here, was prompt, listened to me, and assessed the problem. The level of service and professionalism was fantastic. He determined that it was not a plumbing issue, however, he explained everything to me thoroughly, provided photos, a detailed explanation, and moved items around so the next tech could easily locate the issue.. Very happy and would recommend!

We were concerned after the previous company assigned by the home warranty left us waiting all day the day before and once Top notch was assigned we were also worried about their low rates reviews. Our experience was good, Chris the technician was respectful, he fixed the toilet without making a big deal like some other companies we dealt with in the past. I was glad we gave them a try and our toilet is working fine now. For the record if we take the time to give a company a good review it is because we were sincerely satisfied. I hope their rate gets better.

I wish they were top notch as they claim. They broke my sink and blamed me for it so they could charge more. Very unprofessional group of people. Definitely stay away. Not worth it.

I was assigned Top Notch Plumbing for a water heater repair by my home warranty provider. They tried to charge me over $800 for non covered charges and when I questioned whether the charges were needed by code, I was told that is how they do business by their rep Yani.

My home warranty sent them. The technician, Chris, declared "the fix to hard". It would need modifications. Of course modifications needed would cost exactly the amount of the owners responsibility per the warranty-- an additional 250.00 He refused to fix the issue without the modifications and left with the service call fee of 75.00.
Another plumber was called and the entire problem was resolved for 100.00

I would like to give this company ZERO stars
