Our left side sink was clogged for days (hubby and I attribute this to having our parents over for a month) and so we scheduled a plumber from top notch to fix this. Their communication on the day of appointment was good and he took less than 10 minutes to wrap up the repair.

8/12/22-Top Notch called to repair pin hole leak in galvanized pipe that is behind sheetrock that required cutting sheetrock and applying a pipe clamp to stop leak. Technician said as a matter of company policy he could not repair galvanized pipe and wanted $12000.00 to replace pipe in entire house. Will never call again and do not recommend.

Vlado came to our home to inspect a leak in our ceiling. After spending less than a minute in our attic he said there was no leak and that the damage to our ceiling. Fast forward 45 days... we have water pouring from our ceiling . Turns out it was a slow leak that was completely overlooked. Now my home has severe damage that could have been avoided if the technician did even half of their job... I would never trust this company with my home's plumbing again.

Top notch sent "Nick" to my house on Feb 1, 2022 to look at my water heater. He was in my house for a total two minutes. The water heater was leaking from the bottom. And said it needs replacing. AHS sent me a email that night said "there are limitations associated with approving your heater," please call them. AHS inform me that Top Notch needs to do some modifications before they install my heater. They wanted me to pay them Top Notch 1000.00 in adddition to what AHS was paying them. I refuse the service and requested that AHS send me a refund for my heater. They are a rip off company. Do not recommend Top Notch ask ASH never send them to my house again.

My initial review was not good. My water heater was leaking. Home Warranty sent Top Notch out and then I heard nothing back. After several calls back and forth between myself, Top Notch, and AHS, it was confirmed that AHS would not cover the replacement because the water heater is still under manufacturers warranty. This was a frustrating process because o kept getting different answers from different people.

This is also where Top Notch really shined. After speaking with the manufacturer, I found that, while the unit was still under warranty, the labor warranty had expired. They also said that I would have to disconnect the unit, return it, and pick up a new one.

Top Notch stepped in and agreed to do that part of the service at no additional cost! The plumber disconnected the old water heater, and took it to be exchanged for the new unit. He was also super expedient in the installation process. It was a life saver. Thanks Top Notch!

Very bad company,want to rip you of,dishonest,simple wear and tear but they said somebody broke the pipe,never go with them.

Called them through my home warranty company to fix a leaky faucet. The plumber said that the whole granite countertop has to come off to fix the leak, we couldn't find anyone to take off the granite counter top without cracking it.

My wife asked me to get a second opinion from another plumber, I got another plumber from task rabbit and he was able to fix it for $70.

Very poor service, Avoid them.

very bad service, no help at all when ask to properly fix the pipe that continue leaking and got stopped called them 3 times.
