Customer beware. Gordon began fixing a plumbing issue without giving me a written estimate - against what is stated in the website. I mistakenly thought he was still diagnosing the issue, then he surprised me with an expensive bill. I felt pressured to pay it, so I did. I will never use this plumbing service again.

Gordon does good work. He reseated our toilet for a fair price and did a good job. Called him on a plumbing issue late on a Friday night. Although his posted hours say he's only open weekdays, he gave me a callback and advised he would come out except he was taking care of his daughter. Gave me a good referral. Appreciate that he cared about our problem.

I called with a minor leak in a toilet but also needed work done in other areas of my home. The receptionist was very nice and made an appointment for the next morning. On time, my service representative showed up at my house and introduced himself as Gordon. I showed him what needed to be completed and he explained the costs and time needed. He completed the work promptly, was very courteous, careful of my rugs and did an excellent job. The prices were acceptable and reasonable. He also provided his expertise on purchasing products from Home Depot. Highly recommended

Gordon is amazing. We requested an estimate for work that needed to be done via email over the weekend from several local plumbers. Gordon responded promptly, provided an estimate and set the appointment. He was on time for the appointment, explained all repairs thoroughly and exhibited a high level of professionalism. Gordon advised us on some other issues we had and even made a few small repairs to some items that were installed incorrectly before we purchased the house.
