Great experience with Top Notch. Gordon and Cameron arrived when they said they would, wore masks the entire time and were professional and organized.

They installed my garbage disposal and re-plumbed my kitchen (last minute) for a fair price. The left my kitchen clean and disposed on the old unit and all packaging.

Gordon came out and changed out the toilet water talk parts to fix a leak and the old water intake valve in a jiff. He wore a mask and everything. He was able to quote prior to coming out when I sent him pictures. He was on time. Overall happy with it.

They are professional! Their prices are reasonable - in fact, they beat out the competition! And to top it off, they also came in the house and spent another 15 minutes with me off the clock discussing what brand of new dishwasher to buy and when to buy it.

I had a great experience with Gordon and Top - Notch Plumbing at my daughter's house in Escondido. He was quick to respond, his pricing was reasonable and he did a great job pulling out an old shower stall and installing a new tub (which he had to find as the one I bought was the wrong size). He also fixed a plumbing mess we had from the previous owner in the kitchen. Great communication and easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

Discovered had lost hot water at 9 on a Friday night. Texted Top Notch at 9:30 PM. Five minutes later ""Gordon"" responded and he arrived at 9 the next morning to fix/replace water heater. Recently bought a house in the area and with it, some plumbing issues. Gordon came out and took a look, in less than an hour he knew what would fix it, and what the cost would be. Appreciated that he was really upfront with my options (repair vs replace) and answered all the questions I had about them. Quick, efficient, and fairly priced.

We have additional work that we'll need done in the future, and when I asked about it, he told me what it would run and what rebates were available if we did the repairs soon, which was super helpful. He seems like a genuinely great guy and really felt like he was not only paying attention and addressing my concerns, but providing additional information so I had a better idea of what was needed. Definitely sticking with him!

This was the easiest transaction with the best service I've had in a long time. Called Gordon and he answered right away. Communicates well over the phone and was easy to set an appointment with. Came out the next morning and arrived 5 minutes early. Introduced himself, gave me a quick rundown of what he was going to do, and got right to work. Was in and out in about 30 minutes. Left the entire area clean when completed. Quality work and very fair pricing. I love supporting small bsuinesses and good, honest people like this. Will be calling and recommending him in the future.

He also did a thorough check around my house if there's any leaks at no costs. Top Notch is on top of their game, honest, reasonable price, answered all my plumbing concerns, accurate and very kind.
