Gavin and Mark were great. Our water softener manifold burst at 10:30pm on a Friday night. We had a huge flood in our garage and had to turn off all water to the house.

I messaged Top Notch via Yelp at midnight and got a response from Mark by 6:30am. Gavin was out by 9am to survey the situation and had the plumbing fixed and water back on by 10:30am.

Gavin came back at our request on Tuesday to replace the whole water softener. He tested our exterior lines, fixed some leaks from years ago, and billed us a very fair amount.

I would use Top Notch again in a heartbeat.

We had a leak pop up behind our sink in a powder room. Mark and Conner were able to get here ahead of schedule. They were in and out within half an hour.
