We ended up calling Top Notch to complete a water heater replacement that we needed at a rental property. Mark picked up quickly and gave an estimate over the phone (something that most plumbing companies refuse to do without a trip charge or visiting). It was reasonable and what is even better was that he was able to swing by the house on the same day. Once the job was completed, an electronic invoice was sent over and we were good to go. I even got a comment from the tenant that during the install they were super polite and professional. They also use top tier parts as well (RUUD water heater etc). I would not hesitate to recommend Top Notch again and will continue to leverage them going forward.

I was able to get a quote online and an appointment the very next day. This is a family, Veteran run business (one of the main reasons I looked at them), and they have great reviews. Gavin was great...it was a relatively quick repair but one that I was not confident that I could do on my own. The quote they gave me was $300 less than another company we had come out, and that included the part. We will definitely use them again for future repairs and work.

I cannot say enough great things about Top Notch Plumbing and Drain. I feel they are always ready, willing, and able to help me anytime. My tub spout diverter had a steady stream of water coming out of it and I panicked. I called Mark and he sent Collin over within the hour. Gavin and Mark were great. Our water softener manifold burst at 10:30pm on a Friday night. We had a huge flood in our garage and had to turn off all water to the house.

I messaged Top Notch via Yelp at midnight and got a response from Mark by 6:30am. Gavin was out by 9am to survey the situation and had the plumbing fixed and water back on by 10:30am.

Gavin came back at our request on Tuesday to replace the whole water softener. He tested our exterior lines, fixed some leaks from years ago, and billed us a very fair amount.

I would use Top Notch again in a heartbeat.

Twice now I have had plumbing emergencies at my home and Mark and his plumber, Gavin have come through in an emergency situation in a timely manner and have been so amazingly responsive.
