They showed up to do the work on time since they got done earlier with their previous project. They did the job they came to do perfectly. They did not try to sell you anything else extra. In fact, I added a couple of items and we work out a good deal between us and they completed the job perfect within an hour. I recommend top notch,plumbing forall your needs.

i cant reccomend top notch plumbing enough, its definately top notch knowledge and service. i has a plumbing emergency recently, my toilet began leaking water rapidly, i couldnt shut off the supply line, i called mark on a sunday afternoon, he was able to fit me in the next afternoon, he was able to arrive earlier than anticipaed , the entire toilet had to be replaced, as well as a few other minor compoenents, the entire job took 1.50 hours, bathroom area was cleaned , price i paid was more than reasonable, something ive learned about the plumbing trade is it isnt always about the bottom line , but more about trust and integrity , thats why top notch plumbing is the only plumber i will ever use . thanks mark for everything . lorraine arvizu

We had them do some new shutoff valves and we were not only happy with the work, but happy they were willing to provide the price before sending someone out. I get that on bigger jobs someone may need to see it, but something like this is cookie cutter. We had a minor issue with a PRV after turning the water back on, but their guy came back out and confirmed we were good to go. Overall pricing was fair, the work was done well and respectfully, and we will happily call them next time we need plumbing work.

We ended up calling Top Notch to complete a water heater replacement that we needed at a rental property. Mark picked up quickly and gave an estimate over the phone (something that most plumbing companies refuse to do without a trip charge or visiting). It was reasonable and what is even better was that he was able to swing by the house on the same day. Once the job was completed, an electronic invoice was sent over and we were good to go. I even got a comment from the tenant that during the install they were super polite and professional. They also use top tier parts as well (RUUD water heater etc). I would not hesitate to recommend Top Notch again and will continue to leverage them going forward.

I was able to get a quote online and an appointment the very next day. This is a family, Veteran run business (one of the main reasons I looked at them), and they have great reviews. Gavin was great...it was a relatively quick repair but one that I was not confident that I could do on my own. The quote they gave me was $300 less than another company we had come out, and that included the part. We will definitely use them again for future repairs and work.
