i sent out 13 requests for a simple garbage disposal replacement and faucet
most never answered 6 told me job to small after sending me crazy ""potential"" pricing LOL. 3 were to much money. Then Gilbert text my phone ready to come for a ""guarantied"" $248 I man name Ray came over used proper Covid protection once he was done playing with my Dog walter he got to work. The job was not what he expected. We had a broken conector part. We had a much smaller new garbage disposal causing Ray to work harder to make the connections. We had RUST lots of it this caused a real problem. He was there a long time. I had to tell him to charge me a bit more he refused. In the end he did it for the price in the text message that was based on my description.
good people !! In a Busness that is known for scams and corruption

Gilbert is a godsend & no I'm not exaggerating. He replies quickly and shows up when he says he will- which now a days as we all know is extremely rare. Our main line was backed up and we called at about 9 pm. The answering service was very professional and asked us a few key questions including if we had a clean out access.
We received a callback and was told a plumber would be by us within 60 minutes.
About 45 min later the plumber arrived, diagnosed the problem and had our lines running within 10 minutes. The plumber apologized for taking a long time...he was already in bed!!@@
Shockingly we were only charged $40 for the late night call.

They were to snake a drain from the washing machine for waste water. I was using the $39.99 special and has ask operator about what other catches that was there at this price and she said all drain line. Ok so I had them come to do the job.
Gets here late and I showed him where and says OH! That's a $60 to do. What easy access right there by the washing machine...then he says that it has a elbow inside the wall and he has to push harder. So I called back to their office and the girls says she'll talk to the supervisor...well guess what nobody called back! Never Use This Company. Will hike up prices! I sent him on his way. Watch out for those Remodeling Guide mags that you get in the mail!

I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I had a clogged toilet. I called them late in the afternoon, expecting they would tell me I had to wait until the next day. To my shock, the dispatcher said they could have someone over in the next couple of hours. Sure enough, Ray showed up an hour after for what we both thought would be a quick snaking of a simple clog. It wasn't. When his initial effort failed to resolve the issue, He said he would have to get some more equipment and gave me a quote for the extra work. In spite of a valiant effort, he said that he thought the clog was deep down in the pipes and he would have to get a camera down there to confirm. After getting some more heavy-duty equipment and also having to remove the toilet from its mounts, he finally finished two hours later. Rather than just put the toilet back, he said he felt he had to place a new wax ring around it to ensure that it wouldn't leak. He also did such a thorough cleanup afterward that he didn't stop until it the floor and toilet looked even better than before. But the best part was, that in spite of all this unanticipated extra work, Ray said he would honor the original price quote: promptness, relentlessness, honesty, integrity, and thoroughness. What more could you ask for in any company you call for service? Thank you, Ray, and Top Grade Plumbing.
