I am rarely motivated to give any reviews about a company but we are so impressed with the honesty and professionalism of this company. Gilbert is knowledgeable, he followed up with us to make sure the system he installed worked properly and asked if we were satisfied with the work. We highly recommend this company. Another reason why I love Yelp! Our kitchen sink backed up and was draining really slow about a year ago. I searched on Yelp for local plumbers and Top Grade Plumbing & Rooter had the best reviews! Gilbert took my call, arrived exactly when he said he would, and quickly took care of the problem! Gilbert is super knowledgeable, professional, reliable and just a nice honest guy. Gilbert unclogged our drain and was honest in explaining that without the more powerful drain hydrojet service, that the main line will most likely require repeat service in the future. Understanding this risk, we declined and sure enough, our sink backed up again this year - and how stressful, just before Thanksgiving! So we called Gilbert again and he came back out promptly to unclog our drain in minutes and again for the low price of $39.99! Oh, we previously had another issue with replacing a faucet valve and we called Gilbert for that repair too. I remember calling him pretty late in the evening about the leak and he came over immediately to take a look at the issue, then went out to buy the parts, and returned to fix it so quickly! And for such a reasonable price too!!

After 3 great experiences with Gilbert and Top Grade Plumbing & Rooter, I highly recommend this business!! We will always call Gilbert for all of our plumbing needs.

i sent out 13 requests for a simple garbage disposal replacement and faucet
most never answered 6 told me job to small after sending me crazy ""potential"" pricing LOL. 3 were to much money. Then Gilbert text my phone ready to come for a ""guarantied"" $248 I man name Ray came over used proper Covid protection once he was done playing with my Dog walter he got to work. The job was not what he expected. We had a broken conector part. We had a much smaller new garbage disposal causing Ray to work harder to make the connections. We had RUST lots of it this caused a real problem. He was there a long time. I had to tell him to charge me a bit more he refused. In the end he did it for the price in the text message that was based on my description.
good people !! In a Busness that is known for scams and corruption

Gilbert is a godsend & no I'm not exaggerating. He replies quickly and shows up when he says he will- which now a days as we all know is extremely rare. He installed a shampoo bowl for my salon in just a few hours and it is perfection. I am extremely grateful for how efficiently he and his team work & his pricing is very fair. Thank you guys!

Our main line was backed up and we called at about 9 pm. The answering service was very professional and asked us a few key questions including if we had a clean out access.
We received a callback and was told a plumber would be by us within 60 minutes.
About 45 min later the plumber arrived, diagnosed the problem and had our lines running within 10 minutes. The plumber apologized for taking a long time...he was already in bed!!@@
Shockingly we were only charged $40 for the late night call.

They were to snake a drain from the washing machine for waste water. I was using the $39.99 special and has ask operator about what other catches that was there at this price and she said all drain line. Ok so I had them come to do the job.
Gets here late and I showed him where and says OH! That's a $60 to do. What easy access right there by the washing machine...then he says that it has a elbow inside the wall and he has to push harder. So I called back to their office and the girls says she'll talk to the supervisor...well guess what nobody called back! Never Use This Company. Will hike up prices! I sent him on his way. Watch out for those Remodeling Guide mags that you get in the mail!
