They were to snake a drain from the washing machine for waste water. I was using the $39.99 special and has ask operator about what other catches that was there at this price and she said all drain line. Ok so I had them come to do the job.
Gets here late and I showed him where and says OH! That's a $60 to do. What easy access right there by the washing machine...then he says that it has a elbow inside the wall and he has to push harder. So I called back to their office and the girls says she'll talk to the supervisor...well guess what nobody called back! Never Use This Company. Will hike up prices! I sent him on his way. Watch out for those Remodeling Guide mags that you get in the mail!

Gilbert and his team are total professionals. We call them every time something goes wrong from smaller things (garbage disposal replacement) to much bigger jobs. They have ended up being a reliable go-to company. They also know how to work with insurance companies for major issues. I should have written this review years ago!

I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I had a clogged toilet. I called them late in the afternoon, expecting they would tell me I had to wait until the next day. To my shock, the dispatcher said they could have someone over in the next couple of hours. Sure enough, Ray showed up an hour after for what we both thought would be a quick snaking of a simple clog. It wasn't. When his initial effort failed to resolve the issue, He said he would have to get some more equipment and gave me a quote for the extra work. In spite of a valiant effort, he said that he thought the clog was deep down in the pipes and he would have to get a camera down there to confirm. After getting some more heavy-duty equipment and also having to remove the toilet from its mounts, he finally finished two hours later. Rather than just put the toilet back, he said he felt he had to place a new wax ring around it to ensure that it wouldn't leak. He also did such a thorough cleanup afterward that he didn't stop until it the floor and toilet looked even better than before. But the best part was, that in spite of all this unanticipated extra work, Ray said he would honor the original price quote: promptness, relentlessness, honesty, integrity, and thoroughness. What more could you ask for in any company you call for service? Thank you, Ray, and Top Grade Plumbing.

Gilbert was doing a job across the street from my house, so I told him that a sewer inspection I had a little over a year ago when I purchased my house showed a root intrusion in the sewer main line and could he give me an estimate of what it would cost to replace that section. Gilbert said he would call me in a day or two to discuss the scope of the job, which he did. We set a date and time for Gilbert to inspect the sewer himself so he could give me an estimate. His inspection was thorough and included not only the section of the main line where I knew the problem was, but also the entire house. We agreed on the scope and price and Gilbert put my job on his schedule. Gilbert replaced a portion of the main sewer line and installed a clean-out. He and his worker arrived at the house on time and did a SUPERB job! As has been said in other reviews, the work was clean, and after the job was finished they cleaned up immaculately, which is rare these days in this and other trades! I recommend Gilbert and Top Grade Plumbing & Rooter without reservation. I think you will be more than satisfied with the work they do and the straightforward and hard-working manner in which Gilbert and his crew perform their work. You are awesome, Gilbert! We had big issues with blocked drains from awful builders who clogged them up by pouring materials down them. Gilbert dropped everything on easter Sunday to come and sort the issue and he stayed until it was sorted. He's very thorough and he and his team are so helpful. I highly recommend Top Grade Plumbing.

I agree with all the other reviews about Top Grade. Gilbert did a fantastic job with a couple of basic repairs. The billing for the big job seemed fair. The team worked hard the two days they were at the house and stayed late to finish the job. With the dirty job of replacing toilets and working in the yard, they kept the work area clean and were very attentive to keeping my house clean. The difference between a 4 star rating and a 5 star rating was the way Gilbert treated me as a customer. I highly recommend Top Grade.

Needed to have a drain cleaning done for our laundry / kitchen, so I gave them a call, the lady on the phone was very professional and set up an appointment later in the day. Gilbert came by and provided us with excellent service and professionalism for the drain cleaning. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain to us how the back up occurred and what possible solutions would be for our other plumbing questions. I will definitely keep their number for future plumbing services.
