I called on Tuesday, and they offered me a same-day appointment. Instead, I booked for Thursday at 9:00 a.m. I got a confirmation call the day before, and Julio and his partner arrived right on time.

They fixed my drain (it turns out the garbage disposal was the problem), and showed me how to reset it in case it acted up further. They also told
me about the other services they offered in case I needed plumbing services in the future.
