Gilberto worked on our house when the former owners lived here. From the first conversation, Gilberto made me feel like I've known him for years! We wanted to replace an older toilet with a new, dual flush toilet and Gilberto really helped us out every step of the way. He even offered to run a camera down the pipe at no additional cost. He uses all top quality materials. For example, when we went to turn the water to the toilet off, it wasn't working anymore because the part was old. So he replaced it with a newer, quarter turn piece that is much better. When the toilet was in place, he caulked it like a true artist! He had to lend us a temporary flexible hose since ours was too short and he didn't happen to have the right size hose on his truck, and he told us that he would come back to replace it at no additional cost for the part or labor. Super honest and fair! He has earned our repeat business for years to come :)

Gilbert was very honest, timely and professional, I had a pretty bad kitchen drain due to many years of grease hardening up that a normal snaking didn't help. Gilbert was able to hydro jet the pipes clean as if it was a new house (Gilbert threw in a free camera inspection to make sure the line was completely clean).

I have used Top Grade Plumbing multiple times for issues around the house, and every time, including even the first, we have been treated like long time customers. Gilbert is amazing, walking us through every issue, showing us exactly what the problem is, offering multiple options, and working his hardest to fix the problem in the most cost effective way for us. Most recently, we had an issue with our water heater and he put so much effort into saving our water heater, trying multiple fixes, before coming to the conclusion that it just needed to be replaced. And if that isn't enough, he is so careful to clean up after his work, making the space as clean (or cleaner!) than it was before he started working!

I have never worked with another service provider that goes the extra mile to make sure all options are applied to fix the problem.

I highly recommend Top Grade Plumbing and you should DEFINITELY use them for your plumbing needs, you won't regret it!

I called Top Grade Plumbing to come out. I saw their ad for $40 to open the drain in my kitchen sink. I called the office ahead of time, described my situation to the operator, and she guaranteed me $40 to fix the drain. I even double checked with her to make sure that was the case.

I waited at the property for a few hours (they had to delay their original time) and then a plumber came. He tried to charge me $90 instead of $40 and dismissed the information that I got from the operator as inaccurate, despite their ad showing different.

The owner and the plumber got very unprofessional and upset with me and I do not recommend that anyone uses this plumbing company. They are not straight shooters and they do not stick to their word. Stay away.

Ok they put up new water heater in my home and they actually honored the val-pack coupon price. Which is surprising. They only charged me extra for hauling the old water heater. But no one out there would replace a 50 gal water heater within less than $1100 ! The guy was genuine and honest.

Gilbert and his men did a wonderful job on my repipe of my sewer line under my house. They came right away and cleaned out my drains that were backed up due to the sewer pipe.
