He was great, really great. He fixed my treadmill, gate, and dryer vent and installed two new deadbolts. Not just any deadbolts, but rare ones practically no one uses. But he figured out how to do it, no problem. As soon as Covid is over, I'm going to hire him again.

Tom helped me replace the machine belt 2 years ago and he has done a great job. Today the treadmill stopped working due to the iFit program not launching. I called Tom. Tom is super generous in his time. He told me over the phone that it's a software problem and wanted to avoid me being charged for a service call. Tom did a great job assembling a treadmill for us. A few months later we bought a gazebo to go in our back yard, and Tom assembled it. He's efficient, neat, and has reasonable rates. He's a really good communicator too - sends a text to let you know he's on his way!

Tom was easy to coordinate with and flexible in working with my on scheduling. He did a tuneup on my 20 year old treadmill and wound up showing me how to adjust my elliptical as it didn't actually need fixing. He instructed me on how to tune up the treadmill myself. Tom came over our house today to fix a treadmill. He was on time, courteous and completed the job in one visit. His rates were very reasonable and he ended up fixing mirrored closet doors that did not roll easily! I will definitely call him again when I need work done at our house!

He showed up on time and took a look and understood what the issue was. My treadmill has a known issue on breaking where you tighten the belt. He left to go to the nearest hardware store and picked up pieces to fix that issue. He has great rates and gave me some good tips on taking care of my machine.

I'd definitely recommend him and will work with him again for future if any other handywork is needed.
