Kathy isn't the nicest over the phone called to check out prices for my toilet and was insulted when I asked what the charge was for just coming out vs servicing. Kathy replied "" what do you mean come out and just look at it you don't want them to fix the problem , they are going to tell you the same thing I told you right now"". Was that supposed to be a professional response Kathy? Well thanks to Kathy ""Tony's Plumbing Service"" is a NO.

I called Tony's Plumbing today because I had a backed-up toilet due to the main line being blocked they responded to my call in a timely fashion the technician that showed up was very nice and professional he advised me that he cannot run the snake through the toilet line he has to go on the roof and run it from the top he called his dispatch and they advised him that it's going to cost $450 and one more body to do this job after 20 minutes another technician showed up which was very professional and nice and they went to my roof run the snake took them 5 minutes and it was done service and respond time is awesome price wise it's overpriced and no warranty was issued even though I paid $450 so you're not in a hurry take your time and look for a company with a reasonable price

What a nightmare, this is what $1850 dollars gets you and we paid for the parts. So disappointed...I just don't know how this is ok. The ""tech"" did call back and was rude and told me leak they caused was my my fault. If this is the quality of work I received the first time why would it be any different with the repair to the damage that was just left to my home?

We recently experienced leaks in our plumbing beneath the slab of our home. After repairing two leaks we decided to change out our entire plumbing so that it was no longer under the home. Although it wasn't fun having our house torn up, the employees from Tony's plumbing were great from start to finish. They were helpful and listened to concerns while completing the job. We are very satisfied with the work and our experience.

Of course I find a leak under my kitchen sink at the wall over the holiday weekend and first day after my home warranty expires. In a panic I called Tony's Plumbing on a Saturday and they immediately scheduled an appointment for later in the day. Then Arthur called me to say he was able to come earlier than the scheduled appointment. In addition to being early, he was able to analyze the problem and fix the leak in no time. He was professional, personable, and extremely helpful. The service fee was very affordable too! I highly recommend Tony's Plumbing Service!

Have them do service on your pilot light replace an assembly 8 months later it melts because they installed it to close to burner, try and charge you again... Bad business practices, not to mention charge nearly 300 to replace pilot light assembly was ridiculous in the first place!!! HIRE AT OWN RISK!!!

I highly recommend using Tony's Plumbing Services. Called Tony's Plumbing out to unclog our mainline that was backing everything up.

Nathan came out and was very professional and easy to work with. I informed him of what was going on and he gave me his recommendation and some options.

He installed a two way clean out and was able cutout several feet of roots in our mainline and ran a camera to show the results. We are all set for a few years. We will just need a maintenance visit every few years to keep the roots out.
