Second time we called Tony's Plumbing for help and the customer service from dispatch to when they arrived has been great! Fixed our clean-out issue and gave us advice on what steps to take next. We don't even think about calling anyone else nor will we ever use another company.

Don't measure, cut twice. I needed a gas line branched to upgrade a range from electric to gas. I had done my research so I knew roughly what it was going to take to have a line put in. First, the guys didn't bring the correct hardware so after a trip to the hardware store they continued the work. After installation the old range was slid back and it sat 6 inches proud of where it previously sat. I knew this wasn't right so I had them pull the range back out and measure to where the gas line should have been installed. When the range was pulled out I noticed that the ball valve was installed so that the handle closed towards the wall and wouldn't close. Their solution was to bend the handle to a rough 90 degrees. Getting the gas line to the correct spot required cutting a new hole in the floor and the solution for filling the original hole..spray foam. But that required another trip to the hardware store. The kicker...I was still charged full price for sub par installation. Definitely won't be using Tony's again for any plumbing needs.

I had a leaky toilet valve and I needed same-day service. Dispatch was great and got me on to the schedule. The technician Issac showed up was cheerful and wore a mask. He listened carefully to what the issue was and went above and beyond to solve. They have a 30 day point of connection leak guarantee which was really reassuring.. Incredibly reasonable prices and same-day service. Tony's has my business for life

Our sinks, toilets, showers, and tub all backed up with water while we were doing laundry. We called Tony's Plumbing Services and they immediately dispatched a plumber. Johnny, the plumber who was sent to us, was at our house within fifteen minutes. He was a very positive person and was very knowledgeable. We couldn't find out clean-out so the toilet had to be removed. Johnny was very conscientious about cleaning up the water and any mess in the bathroom. The clog was fixed and the toilet re-installed within 45 minutes of his arrival. I HIGHLY recommend this company for their quick response and professional work!

Awhile back some dude hit our gas line apparently we had to contract our own plumber for this and Tony's plumbing did a phenomenal job even hired them to come back and install a sink get ready cause next we will need a new shower head installed :) thanks for all you guys and gals do

Dan was great at repairing our irrigation pipe that got busted during the windy night! Additionally, he helped us out with our garbage disposal air gap issue we've been having and was super helpful with all of the questions we had.

He also was extremely professional and kept his mask on the whole time which is appreciated due to an elderly person also living in the house.

I have since moved to a new apartment complex. Tony's plumbing is used here as well. They have since came out to fix things a couple of times at my new residence. The experience has gone very well since. I was also informed that the person who I had my last bad experience from was not the owner as he has told me, but instead just an employee. All of the employees I have dealt with since have been wonderful.

Robin was doing a repair at a neighbors house when I approached him asking about adding a clean out in the back of my home. I already have one in the front and another plumbing company with terrible reviews was sent to me by my home warranty company. The OTHER company took complete advantage of me, charged me $350 to run a camera in my line, then told me I needed a clean out behind my house. I wanted a quote from Tony's Plumbing because I did not want the other company doing it. Robin advised me that putting a clean out behind my house made no sense because the sewer is in FRONT of my house. He ran a camera free of charge through my system. Unfortunately his camera got stuck in a root that had grown in to my pipe. Robin then dug it up, and replaced my pipe! I felt awful because he offered a good deed, then got stuck with about 90 minutes of hard work. I offered some sort of pay but he refused. My house is old and I have some other things I'd like Robin to look at in the future. If you have plumbing issues definitely call Tony's Plumbing!
