We previously had a terrible experience with another plumbing company for our kitchen sink. The first man from this company came in with a bigger machine and within 20 minutes said it wouldn't work and was under my house looking at the pipes. He refused to charge us and called his colleagues that came out later same day. They went under the house immediately and found that there was a way to do the water flushing. In less than an hour my kitchen sink is working beautifully again. These men found the part that the previous plumbing company said didn't exist. They were fast and professional. At one point, one of the men had an issue getting the lid back on the outside vent and my husband offered to do it for him and the man refused saying that we paid for this service and he would get it all done and it would be better that he found it. I'm sorry for not knowing their names as my husband was mostly with them and I was working most of the day. Wonderful experience.

My grandma asked me to leave a review for the wonderful service she received from Christopher Robin. He came out to fix a leak she had in her shower. He checked it out and was able to fix everything right then and there. Prices were affordable even on a fixed income. She said everything looks and works great. She will use them for all her plumbing needs and recommends them to everyone!

I called multiple plumbers to come out and look at my water heater. I was hoping to find a company that would troubleshoot and fix only what was necessary rather than replace the entire unit if avoidable. The two gentleman that came out were extremely professional, friendly, and honest. They found the problem which was replacing a portion of the water heater which saved me a great deal of money. They had availability and were able to fix my problem same day because the part I needed was available locally. In these times, we're all on a tight budget and companies are trying to stay in business to make money however in the long run, this is a win-win because when I do need a new water heater, I will call them. They know what they're doing and I believe they did it as quickly as possible so my labor charge wasn't through the roof. Thank you for taking the time to troubleshoot the problem rather than just replace everything because it was the easiest route.

Hello:
A little background.I never call service people for anything.If I have a problem I fix it myself.This week I had a underground pipe leak from a 70 year old galvanized pipeline .So, I dug it out and was thinking ""Who in the world would encase a pipe in cement? It wasn't cement, it was about 3 inches of oxidation and rust.Still thinking I can fix it I went to Utube.I was shown a dozen ways to fix it.I went to the hardware store and to the hardware store again, bringing back clamps and patches and wraps.I got all the oxidation off and was faced with a pipe that was cracked underneath about 3 inches.I clamped it,Didn't work.I taped it ,didn't work(That was silly). I took pictures of it and took it to a plumber friend and he just shook his head and was afraid the pipe came from the alley and was under 30 feet of road and 30 more feet of driveway.My mind thought ""I'm gonna need a second mortgage to pay for this leak"". Finally, I had to give up and call ""A GUY"". Randomly I chose Tony's Plumbing.Talked to a very nice receptionist who I told we were living out of our bath tub and pool for the last 2 days.She put us up to the top of the list and about 5 hours later Robin Jarrett from Tony's plumbing drove up and shook my hand like he had known me for years.I was waiting for that ""you've got a problem and about $15,000 should take care of it frown"". He said"" I'm gonna try this and that ""no promises but this is not that unusual and we have fixed this before and worse"". I said go ahead.I went to my garage to work and in about 30 minutes he said ""Turn the water on""....He cut it, heated it, and capped it.
All my anxiety was in my head.To Jarrett it was a simple fix,to me it was a second mortgage.The bill with a 30 day warranty $175.He gave me $200 off for digging up bushes, moving landscaping rock ,exposing and cleaning the pipe....Anyway, great job Jarrett and Tony's. This house is 70 years old and bound to have more issues.I will call Tony's when it happens.....I give them 5 big stars.

Hello Tony's Plumbing... Good bye Tony's Plumbing. I had Tony's Plumbing replace a garbage disposal in my kitchen and flappers in the toilets in both bathrooms. When I called in the appointment, I told them that I needed the flappers for two Kohler toilets and the approximate age of the units. While I can imagine that there may be a few flappers available, you might think that the technicians would come prepared... oh, hell no. They ended up charging me an extra $135 so they could go shopping for over an hour at two different stores for the parts. I ended up having to settle for the budget line disposal because that's all they had on their truck. I would have gladly opted to a better model. Worse of all, the price kept ticking up as they worked, but I continued to be told that I was lucky to be getting such a deal. The work seems to be done well and every thing works but the experience cost me $525. Ridiculous.
