Great service! We had an appointment today at 10am to have our leaking toilet bowl fixed. Duane came when promised and even called before coming down to let us know he was on his way. These guys are very knowledgeable and friendly. Got the job done so quickly too. Would highly recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues.

Had my main water line rerouted because of a rupture, went well until after the fact I realized they had bypassed my sprinkler system and hose outlets on the west side of my property. Called them back out wanted to much money to fix it. I guess their mothers never taught them the meaning of an honest days work.

Let me start by saying that Tony's Plumbing has always done very good work for me. The plumbers have always done a nice job, and have been efficient and courteous. However, on the last couple of jobs, the pricing on jobs seems to have escalated. I had a drain repair done, and was given a quote of $225. This struck me as a bit high, but I assumed this was because the work was a bit more complex than I thought. Oops, wrong, the repair took about 30 minutes, with apparently no difficulties. With maybe $20 worth of parts, the labor works out to be $400 per hour. For this reason I will be looking for a new plumber in the future.

I called late yesterday afternoon for a backed up tub drain. They had a tech out early this morning and it was fixed within an hour, for a reasonable price. Great service, will use them again for any future needs.

This review is long overdue. Tony's plumbing has helped us again and again with our multiple issues. They have even corrected other's mistakes and never with any condescension. I have had outstanding service with everyone, even the owner. They treat my non-emergencies like emergencies! I have used many good plumbing agencies in our area but only one excellent one:Tony's.

Well, if there was ""no stars"" that's what Tony would get.
Tenant called this company for a plumbing issue. His estimate was $11k to replace a bad cast iron sewer pipe and remove concrete. After a second opinion by another company, no problems were found by camera.($200) It was a new toilet was was causing the lack of water pressure, that would not push the toilet paper down. It was nice that Tony wanted to replace all the old pipes..... but some people can't afford to keep him in business. He's not for us....Sorry Tony!!!!! Are your boys paid on commission??? (12/14/16 Just found the estimate, sorry it took so long to post my review, but all is true!)

Kathy isn't the nicest over the phone called to check out prices for my toilet and was insulted when I asked what the charge was for just coming out vs servicing. Kathy replied "" what do you mean come out and just look at it you don't want them to fix the problem , they are going to tell you the same thing I told you right now"". Was that supposed to be a professional response Kathy? Well thanks to Kathy ""Tony's Plumbing Service"" is a NO.

I called Tony's Plumbing today because I had a backed-up toilet due to the main line being blocked they responded to my call in a timely fashion the technician that showed up was very nice and professional he advised me that he cannot run the snake through the toilet line he has to go on the roof and run it from the top he called his dispatch and they advised him that it's going to cost $450 and one more body to do this job after 20 minutes another technician showed up which was very professional and nice and they went to my roof run the snake took them 5 minutes and it was done service and respond time is awesome price wise it's overpriced and no warranty was issued even though I paid $450 so you're not in a hurry take your time and look for a company with a reasonable price
