All around great experience. Made the appointment online, called the next day to confirm. He was able to come during the time period I wanted, and got here right at the beginning of the window. When we realized that it was a larger problem, he tried to fix it then and there, but we both decided it was a larger job (and I needed to involve my landlord), so he wrote up my invoice, gave me the yelp deal, and was on his way in under half an hour!

We had a tuff time dealing with our toilet. Called these people.. Guy came and looked around, after 30 mins he told us what was the problem. The guy we had to replace the pipes. He put 3 inches instead of 5 inches. We had that replace and never had a problem again. Thanks

I was referred to Tony's plumbing by another plumber for camera work. My mains was backing up. The equipment he used looked old. His camera had black&white imagery and nothing was much clear. After the job he did not even provide me the copy of the video on a CD, looks like his tool did not have that option or whatever the reason was. Since I was not aware by then about the camera work and what to expect I did not ask for a the video CD. I think a truly professional guy would make his/her customer aware about the limitation and be honest by offering to adjust the price. On the contrary the guys charged me $200 for the camera work when I was told by their friend plumber who tied us up for this that it will be $150.
These guys traced the line accurately and marked the places with some spray paint which caused the green bushy fence to dry up at the place where they used the paint to show the direction of the line going into neighbors yard.

Later I found Mr Drain plumbing who agreed to do a no obligation free camera work and trenchless sewer replacement. The guys called Raymond showed up and did pretty professional job. Did color video and provided a CD free of cost. Quoted the best price for sewer replacement and finished the job on time. My sewer ran through under my driveway so trenchless was perfect choice - no mess, only 3 hr water outage, clean job, no damage to driveway, @ fraction of the cost of regular digging work.

Very impressed with the way Tony is managing his business. He can't fix our faucet problem right when we needed it, but is glad that he actually called back and took time to answer a couple of questions. Thank you for the prompt response. So far, Tony's the only one that called me back, out of 3 other companies I called from Yelp's website.

To be fair, my initial contact with Tony was great. First time I called, he answered and scheduled the appointment for the very next day - excellent! On the day of the appointment, he was right on time. He had another person helping him and fixed the job right away.

Minus 2 stars for the following reasons, and I feel that I'm being generous in my review:

- When he gave me the pricing, I mentioned that I saw the discount on Yelp, at which time he said the discount was already included, but when I saw the paperwork, there wasn't any note about a discount, but what can I do? So I just agreed to the quoted amount. He said his work was guaranteed for 30 days.

- 5 days later, we heard a loud POP and something busted in the toilet. I called him that evening, then the following morning and then the following evening after that - NOTHING. Out of frustration, I gave him a quick negative review here on yelp. Then he called me right away. He explained that he had a huge job that took a huge chunk of his time. I'm not trying to be insensitive and I know that fires come up in all our businesses, but a simple call, ""I'm really busy right now, but I received your messages and I promise to get back to you by _____ date"" would have been great. It wasn't an emergency, so it could have waited a couple of days - no problem.

- Finally, after the toilet was fixed I received SEVERAL text messages, asking me to change my review on yelp, so.. here is my review.

Overall, Tony is not bad - maybe he just had a bad week that landed during the time that I needed him - just my opinion.

Had a problem with what was thought to be a leaky wax seal on my toilet. Tony came out when he said he would :) and replaced the wax ring. Found out that it was the hose from the wall leading to the toilet. He and Rick fixed this as well. Turning off the water, removing the toilet, replacing the seal and hose in under an hour.

This is as good as it gets folks. These guys are great. Thanks to Tony and Rick my family will leave me alone now...

I highly recommend Tony to anyone.

Since my first review, I have had Tony and Rick to my house 3 more times for various plumbing issues. They are both the very best at what they do. I cant say enough great things about these guys.

Tony and Rick. These guys are surely experts in what they do and amazingly honest. I've had Tony and Rick come out on several occasions to address my plumbing problems. Rick came out to camera my sewer line underneath the house and the main line to the street. His assessment and mitigation went well above and beyond what you would expect. They're an independent company and brought decades of experience while learning and how not to treat customers or upsell from bigger big brand plumbing companies.

I have these guys as my default plumber should I need help in the future for sure.
