5/5 stars for a reason, came over looked at my leak. Said it was the dish washer and I could easily replace it myself and save lots of $$. Didn't charge me a penny! They're now saved in my contacts list as ""The Plumber"" because I'm not going to bother with anyone else!

Called Tony's Plumbing to fix a shower drain/leak.

They said they'd be here between 10-11, and unlike other plumbers we usually get, these guys get it right by showing up between 10-11. This was great because we were on a slightly short timeframe and needed to be somewhere later.

They came, took a look at the problem, and quoted our price right off the bat. We have had previous plumbers come in, make excuses about what we need to do for them, take a few hours ""working"", then total the cost afterwards. Tony's Plumbing instead just told us the price we'd needed to pay right upfront, so no confusion or misleading anything, real honest of these guys to do that.

Service was extremely quick and unfrustrating, they had the whole shower drain fixed within 15 minutes, and real courteous/fun to chat with as well.

All in all, 5/5. We had previously called them to do some work a few months back and the service was fantastic. Pricing is pretty good, wasn't too bad (compared to some others' exorbitant fees)

I, like most people, lurk on Yelp to find a bite to eat or a specific service. I rely on the reviews to either sway me towards or away from an establishment . I do not write reviews simply because I do not have the time to, like most people. However, in this situation I had to take some time out just to write this review for the simple fact of warning other customers of their service.

I called them on a Wednesday and was told that they would be at my home to fix a leaky shower faucet on Thursday between 1-2pm. I took the time off of work just to be home so they could tend to my faucet. 2pm passes, no plumber, no call. I think to myself, ok perhaps they are busy, I'll give him the 10 minute rule. 2:10 passes and still no call and no plumber. I initiate the call and was told that they were on the way. He tells me that he should be at my home at 2:25pm. Nowhere close to ""between 1-2pm.""

Bottom line is the communication was horrid. I would have appreciated a call earlier stating that they would be running late, but I got nothing. I don't have much to say about the actual work they do, I'm sure they are great at it but I like to take my business to places that pride themselves in customer service, and I'll bet that the majority of you all do too.

All around great experience. Made the appointment online, called the next day to confirm. He was able to come during the time period I wanted, and got here right at the beginning of the window. When we realized that it was a larger problem, he tried to fix it then and there, but we both decided it was a larger job (and I needed to involve my landlord), so he wrote up my invoice, gave me the yelp deal, and was on his way in under half an hour!

We had a tuff time dealing with our toilet. Called these people.. Guy came and looked around, after 30 mins he told us what was the problem. The guy we had to replace the pipes. He put 3 inches instead of 5 inches. We had that replace and never had a problem again. Thanks

I was referred to Tony's plumbing by another plumber for camera work. My mains was backing up. The equipment he used looked old. His camera had black&white imagery and nothing was much clear. After the job he did not even provide me the copy of the video on a CD, looks like his tool did not have that option or whatever the reason was. Since I was not aware by then about the camera work and what to expect I did not ask for a the video CD. I think a truly professional guy would make his/her customer aware about the limitation and be honest by offering to adjust the price. On the contrary the guys charged me $200 for the camera work when I was told by their friend plumber who tied us up for this that it will be $150.
These guys traced the line accurately and marked the places with some spray paint which caused the green bushy fence to dry up at the place where they used the paint to show the direction of the line going into neighbors yard.

Later I found Mr Drain plumbing who agreed to do a no obligation free camera work and trenchless sewer replacement. The guys called Raymond showed up and did pretty professional job. Did color video and provided a CD free of cost. Quoted the best price for sewer replacement and finished the job on time. My sewer ran through under my driveway so trenchless was perfect choice - no mess, only 3 hr water outage, clean job, no damage to driveway, @ fraction of the cost of regular digging work.

Very impressed with the way Tony is managing his business. He can't fix our faucet problem right when we needed it, but is glad that he actually called back and took time to answer a couple of questions. Thank you for the prompt response. So far, Tony's the only one that called me back, out of 3 other companies I called from Yelp's website.
