I called Tony's Plumbing late on a Saturday night because I had a hot water leak that dripped onto my water heater, causing it to go out. Karen answered my call and guided me on how to shut off the hot water to prevent further damage. She then coordinated with Tony to send technicians to fix the leak.

I also mentioned to Karen that I wanted to upgrade to a tankless water heater. She explained that their supply house was closed on Sundays, so it might not be possible to get the unit right away. However, about 10 minutes later, Tony called me personally to let me know he was able to arrange for their supplier to open on a Sunday to provide the tankless water heater.

Their technicians, George and Oscar, were super polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They had the leak fixed and our new tankless water heater installed in just a few hours. We had hot water back in no time!

I highly recommend Tony's Plumbing for their fast service, expertise, and fair pricing. A special thank-you to their supply house for going the extra mile as well--our family truly appreciates it!

We woke up to a backed up toilet at our tile store down the road and called Tony's to request service. They said they could get someone out between 2 and 4, but he was able to stop by even earlier! We've had this issue before and this isn't an easy system to unclog, but he didn't have a problem. He removed the toilet, snaked the drain, and reinstalled the toilet for a very reasonable price, less than I was expecting. No complaints, solid service!

I own an old house re-piped in 1985. Over the last 25 years 3 pinhole leaks occurred. This leak was in the kitchen ceiling. I called 4 local plumbers on Monday, Tony's was able to come out the same day I called. Let's be clear these professionals are busy on any given day and prompt service is key. But if they can't make it when you wish it do not hold that against them. When the techs arrived, they inspected the situation and confirmed the cost of repair with the office, Tony, I accepted the costs, and the job was completed. One very important aspect of my experience, no upselling. I have requested service on smaller issues from competitors in the past and was presented with more than I needed. In those cases, I watched many YouTube vids.
After the job the tech referred me to a dry wall contractor to seal the very large hole in my ceiling. I am good with this as I am 72 and disabled.

I requested Tony's Plumbing to fix a water heater that the pilot light wouldn't stay lit.
The technician advised that since the unit over 12 years old, parts are not available and the only option was to replace the entire unit for well more than $2k. After saying 'no thanks' they offered a $200 discount (it was still over 2 grand). Again no.

I looked up the manufacturer and model and immediately found the solution: replacement of a $10 component (with a two hour replacement time) would remedy the problem.

I'm very disappointed in this company and I would not recommend them.

David Flores and his team did a great job with solving my main drain clogging to replace old cast iron pipes with abs to get rid off the tree roots, broken kitchen drain line and install a new clean- out.David was very detailed and explained whole situation patiently and offered reasonable prices. So, believe it or not, we had a leak develop in the house we are renting. Our landlord suggested we reach out to Tony's Plumbing as they have used them in the past. So, I immediately got on the phone & contacted them on a Friday mid-morning. The soonest they could come out was Monday between 1200-1400.

This second experience was just as amazing as the first. The best part for me was Jorge (aka George). He serviced us last time & came once again! The consummate professional, he ensured to wear booties in our house because he remembered from last time! He diagnosed our leak as a cartridge problem & promptly replaced it. We thought we had a second leak in a different bathroom, but after looking at it, he stated that he could replace the cartridge if we wanted to, but he said there is not a leak there. So, we decided not to replace.

Considering Jorge could have ""diagnosed"" a second leak, he was completely honest with us, saving our landlord money. So, would I say Tony's Plumbing offers a great value? 100%! They provided us a great service, but were completely honest in doing so. Additionally, we had a familiar face! We will definitely call again if we need Plumbing Services!

Tony's Plumbing came over to finish some work that was started by a previous plumber that lost interest. The technician was knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. The price seemed reasonable. He suggested having our sewer pipe lined with plastic to stop a root problem. Our prior plumber never suggested that, but came over numerous times to address the roots. Tony's will be our new plumber going forward.

David from Tony's Plumbing came and installed a new toilet. This involved removing the old toilet and hauling it down a narrow stairway and then carrying up the new toilet and installing it.
David was on-time and took great care in laying down a protective rug. The installation went smoothly and he cleaned up the area meticulously . He also installed a grab bar which required a little extra work.
We have used Tony's many times before and he always send first rate technicians and David was no exception.

Kevin is amazing!
Professional, smart, problem solver. Clean, efficient, punctual and a nice guy too.
My kitchen faucet was frozen beyond repair and had to be removed with a sawzall. It was a complicated problem but he resolved it efficiently.
The shower diverter was leaking and he was smart about having me order the parts when he came to give an estimate so I didn't suffer without a shower waiting on parts. He saved me time & money by his foresight.
