During the last visit, Kevin recommended installing a longer shower arm to stop the water from dripping down onto the handle. I bought one and Kevin came out, replaced the shower arm (for some reason my handyman did not want to do it) and reinstalled the shower trim knob. Everything is working great again, thanks to Kevin's on-point recommendations.

A great and responsive company! Kevin performed a comprehensive inspection of the plumbing issues in our new condo. He was very thorough and gave us good advice on the best way to proceed, especially some less expensive approaches to meeting our needs. He also uncovered several places where the plumbing was not to code and how we should fix it. We use Tony's plumbing for our residence and our rental and they have always done a quality job. In just the last 6 months, Tony's Plumbing came very quickly after our call and replaced the leaking hot water heater at our rental, installed a whole house water shutoff that allowed us to independently turn off the water to the house and/or the irrigation (useful to do when going on vacation) and oversaw the replacement of our primary residence hot water heater that had leaked with collateral house damage. Tony brought heat pump hot water heater experts out to evaluate whether that would work within our house's constraints (it did not, but he was willing to invest the effort to see if it would.) Kevin, in particular, is a very knowledgable and effective plumber. He knows how things work and why they fail, fixes problems quickly and effectively, makes useful observations and good recommendations and is willing to graciously explain all of this to a curious homeowner. He made our new tankless hot water heater work and rescued us when our washing machine hookups failed in the ""on"" mode. The back office provides good support and communication. I highly recommend Tony's Plumbing.

I have used Tony's Plumbing several times and I always have an excellent experience.  They installed a tankless water heater and replaced a broken shower handle as well as some smaller items. Tony was very helpful explaining some of the technical details for the tankless water heater installation. I especially like working with the technician Kevin. He is very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. The receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. I can count on Tony's Plumbing to do quality work at a fair price.

Had an issue with a bathroom leak. Kevin showed up first thing in the morning and quickly found the problem. Had to order a cartridge for the shower. Upon installing the cartridge, did the extra step of checking the shower on the floor above the leak; found a much bigger issue. I've had other plumbers not go this extra step and really appreciate Kevin's professionalism in the matter. I will definitely be calling Tony's in the future, and asking for Kevin.
