Second time I used Tom. I forgot to write a review last time so here I am. First time he fixed the blockage right away but did a lot of extra work looking down the line at a construction blockage with a camera that was not a plumbing problem for him to fix. He did not charge extra for all the time he did finding the other problem. This time he was in and out, cleaned up and I was just happy to know I can call Tom anytime and not worry about the service. Tom is honest and great human being with a good attitude. There is a reason he has so many good reviews. He is that good.

Recently dirt was backing up to my bathtub so I called Tom's Rooter Service again. My last experience using Tom's Rooter service was nothing but great. When Tomas came I explained what was happening regarding the backup into my tub. He checked and tested the line outside and traced the pipes in the kitchen to the tub. He couldn't find the cause so he told me to call him again if it happens again. No charge because he could find anything wrong,
wow who does that these days. Thank you again Tom you made my day.

Tom was very cordial and friendly. We told him our problem, a backed up sink. We wash dishes and the refuse water fills up in the utility sink.
Thanks to Tom he ran a snake from the kitchen to the restroom and problem solved!

Found this place on yelp, our plumbing got backed up a few days ago, we tried a DIY old snake from a family member.... no luck... I called around a couple places, didn't get an ""honest"" vibe from anyone. Then this company stood out above the rest, over 100 reviews and holding a 5 star reputation! After reading many reviews, I decided to give them a shot.

I made an appointment, and calls me when he's 15 minutes away to let us know he's almost arriving, that was very courteous. Once he arrives we explain our problem and gives us many pointers and immediately gets to work, once he's done, walla! Everything is ok! His pricing was extremely fair! No hidden gimmicks or unnecessary up sells, very honest and professional. If you have a clog and in need of an unclog, give this place a shot! You won't regret it! Thank you so much for your help!

My kitchen sink got clogged and water start backing up, it was a big mess. I called Tom and he arrived within 1 hour and 20 mins. He is very good and professional, an honest man. If you need plumber call him and you will not regret it. The best plumber I ever hired. He was fast and efficient. I will definitely only going to hire Tom for all the plumbing problems in my house.
