Tom was great. I live nearby so he arrived about 15 minutes after I called. He unclogged our heavily clogged pipe in about 30-40 minutes and charged exactly what was quoted over the phone. He even gave us a 2-month warranty and recommendations on how to prevent further build up. Would highly recommend.
