We are renting to own our house and the owners are insistant upon using Tom's for any plumbing needs that occur. We have not had the best experience with them any time that they have been at the house. Part of our process in buying the house is that foundation work needed to be completed. Once the foundation work was done they informed us that we had leaks in the plumbing that needed to be repaired. The owners called Tom's to have the work done.
While they were in the house, they made unnecessary cuts in the floor and the wall. Tried to take apart our vanity to in order to get to the lines under it. Thankfully the owner of the house was here and kept them in check. Once they were done with all the fixes they needed to make, they then had to pressure check the lines to ensure that there were no more leaks. Well, the forgot to block off the line in the garage where the utility sink had been disconnected when the foundation was repaired.....well raw sewage was then blown into the garage. They proceeded to not clean any of it up, then put some ungodly ridiculous 4 1/2 foot pipe on the drain instead of just reattaching the sink that is sitting about 4 feet away, to properly pressure check the house.
Now I know that the pressure test could have been completed without putting on the pipe or the sink back on since the company that did our foundation work had their own plumber that completed the pressure test and told us that we had leaks throughout the house.
Once we are the sole owners of the house, we will never call Tom's to do any work in our house.

We had a problem with our sewer. The tech came out as promised; completed the job fast (and well) and charged us a reasonable price. I'll be calling them first -- but, will compare them with a handyman's bid who offered me better price on installing 2 new toilets.

I've needed them 3 times.
1. replace garbage disposal
2. replace kitchen sink fixture
3. replace shower valve
Each time they have showed up friendly and completely the work quickly. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Had a water heater I needed replaced in attic and called 3 different companies to come out for a bid including Tom's. They came over and I told the plumber it needed to be replaced which he responded first by saying " I'll determine that once I look at it." and that came off rude to me with the tone he said it with. He goes up takes a look comes back down and said " It does need to be replaced so let me call my office and see how much they are going to want to charge.". He goes out to the truck comes back in 10 minutes and gives me a quote of $1250. I asked for a itemized bid to know why the cost was so high and to see what all I would be paying for. He said " My company does not do that and if you have questions to call the office.". At that point I had already made up my mind to go with a different company so I sent him on his way. Next day I get a call from his office saying I had a bill for about $80 that needed to be paid. I asked what it was for and they told me for them coming out for the quote, which I refused to pay. That following day I had the other guys out in the middle of replacing the water heater and while one of the plumbers were outside that same man from Tom's showed up and told him that they better make sure to pull a permit for the job, which I'm sure Tom's would not have, because they were going to call it in to city. My experience with seemed like they were a very pushy company and since they did get the job they were going to make it hard as possible for the other guys. If I could choose zero stars I would but have to click at least 1. I would really give them negative 5 stars.

We had a backed up sewer line for two days. Our regular guy didn't show, so I called Tom's and they had a crew out in less than two hours (and it was snowing). They cleared the blockage in no time, and were on their way. Reasonably priced at $120.00. I'm calling them first, next time.

Had a simple problem with the toilet. Accidentally dropped a casing of a pen in the toilet which caused the septic tank not to fill. I called him and told him all it needed was a closet auger, or a "snake" to correct the problem. He said he'd be happy to take care of it. I asked him how much? He said $92. So he did come like he said he would, pretty prompt, within 2 hours, took him about 40 mins to complete. Then i get a phone call (being at work) and my wife tells me he is charging $142. I asked to speak to him on the phone, and said why its went from $92 to $142. He says he had to change a flapper. Ok - I'm at work and $50 is not going to make me poor so I told my wife to just pay. But honestly, Tom's Plumbing is crooked. There are plenty of other places who charge $80-100 per hour, so I would stay away because his intentions to cheat the customer speaks volumes.

The plumber was angry when we met at my rental property because he was waiting for me for 25 minutes. It was not my fault. He had my cell number but he never called me. I told the company clearly that it was my rental property and asked them to call me before they were on their way. He told me he was going to be "rock n roll". He finished the job within 25 minutes. I received my bill that was $46 higher. I called the company, they agreed to credit me the over-charge, that is good. They do have additional gas charge.
They quoted me to add a water line to refrigerator for $285. I called DJ plumbing (817-538-1941) and they did it for $150.

Great Company! Our son was out of the country and notified us that he had a leak in his front yard. We called around Arlington from OKC and were referred to Tom's Plumbing on Friday morning. Kent was out within two hours and had the leak fixed and was very reasonable on their fee. What Service!!!! on a phone call from Oklahoma City. We would definitely refer them if you need a good plumber. Our son already has them in his phone listing for future needs. You also need to add them..

Yeah! Great plumber! We needed 2 low flow toilets from the City of Arlington installed. (We just moved into a new home). Tom's was able to give us a direct quote ($95 initial + each additional 1/4 hr...pretty standard) over the phone. Ernie's Plumbing refused to give a quote over the phone citing, "Well, you never know until you pull the commode to see what kind of problems there could be." Larry Stinson Plumbing gave me a quote of a total price $280.
So, I went with Tom's. Prompt service, on time arrival, sent 2 men to do the job, total cost $165.
We will be calling them again for our future plumbing needs.

I called for what I thought was a broken pipe in the wall per my neighbor and wound up being a broken valve. They were on time and hones. I would definitely use them again. The workers were professional and respectful.
