I had spoken to the owner, Tony, to confirm what we needed done and he promised a certain price and that the person he sent out would take good care of us. Alex came to our home and resolved our issue, with a very friendly attitude and answering a few questions for me. The job was completed in one hour's time and I was charged exactly what Tony had promised. I'm happy that we've found a good plumbing company to use, after the former one we liked was purchased by another company. Thanks!

Water line leak in the front yard. Called another company first, the estimate to locate and repair the leak was over $3,000.00
Called Tom's, the leak was located and repaired for less than $250.00

I responded to a recently received mailer from 'Toms". they advertised they would deal with any drain problem for $99. and provide a free video of your drain. I called them out to clean my sewer drain. The "$99." offer turned out to only cover getting them out to my house. The actual bill was $175. to run their roto rooter through my sewer drain.

I needed help. The hot water in my shower would not turn off. I called several places at 10pm and left messages for a call in the morning. Kimberly called me at 7:38 and said they were booked up for the day and she is sorry they could not help me. Then she called back a few minutes later and said they had a cancellation and the plumber is on his way. Alex arrived by 8am and fixed my problem and was finished by 8:20. Amazing guy, amazing service, amazing company. This is my new plumber and I'll be needing them a lot because I am in an older home. From what I heard on the phone and saw in person I can tell these people really care and are professional and friendly. Nobody wants to call a plumber but I'm glad I found Tom's to use going forward. PS - the other company I called for help never even called me back to see if I found service.

UPDATE: When they realized they had a communication problem and hadn't provided the best service, they made it right. I will use them again and recommend them. They had a hiccup and when they realized it, made it right. Showed that they had integrity. I will give them 5 stars.
Previous post: I am giving 3 instead of 5 for two reasons. I called about an issue, they showed up and did the work. I asked about a second problem, but the tech didn't have what he needed to do that job. He said he was going to have them call me back with an estimate. 4 days later I called and was apologized to and said they would get back with me. That was a week ago, now. So about 2 weeks later and no one called me back to fix a bad pressure valve on my hot water heater. They also didn't have a "clean out" cap for the clean out in front of the house. As often as they do that I figured they would stock. So I had to go get my own clean out cover and back fill my hole in the front yard myself. Paid them about $120 for 15 minutes of an incomplete job. I am giving three because they showed up when they said and cleaned it out so I could get My air working that was off due to not draining.

Have had Toms out 3 times: 1st time at my old house to bid on a pressure regulator and fix a leaky faucet. Told me the cost and they would have to come back to do it and turned off the water to the leaky faucet. It took me 4 phone calls and 3 weeks to get them back out. Thinking it was a fluke, called them to do some work on my new house. Gave them a couple of things to fix and a couple of things to assess to determine if it needed to be repaired. They were there 45 minutes, told me everything was great with the hot water heater and left. 6 hours later the hot water heater busted and flooded a room. I've spent $$$ on fixing what Toms plumbing should have clearly seen.

Awesome! Called in, got same day service, rate charged was exactly what was estimated, and the service person was friendly and a cool guy! Swapped out my garbage disposal for a great rate with great service!

Excellent service! The plumber went above and beyond his duty at half the cost of a competitor. In fact, the plumber not only repaired the faucet we called him about, but also corrected the recent work done by another plumber without having to ask and at no extra charge. Now, that's Great Service!

Came right away but very expensive to repair two leaking faucets. Not sure why it took two people. Needed a part added $5 fuel charge. Will not use again. $263. to repair to faucets and replace handle. Yikes!

We are renting to own our house and the owners are insistant upon using Tom's for any plumbing needs that occur. We have not had the best experience with them any time that they have been at the house. Part of our process in buying the house is that foundation work needed to be completed. Once the foundation work was done they informed us that we had leaks in the plumbing that needed to be repaired. The owners called Tom's to have the work done.
While they were in the house, they made unnecessary cuts in the floor and the wall. Tried to take apart our vanity to in order to get to the lines under it. Thankfully the owner of the house was here and kept them in check. Once they were done with all the fixes they needed to make, they then had to pressure check the lines to ensure that there were no more leaks. Well, the forgot to block off the line in the garage where the utility sink had been disconnected when the foundation was repaired.....well raw sewage was then blown into the garage. They proceeded to not clean any of it up, then put some ungodly ridiculous 4 1/2 foot pipe on the drain instead of just reattaching the sink that is sitting about 4 feet away, to properly pressure check the house.
Now I know that the pressure test could have been completed without putting on the pipe or the sink back on since the company that did our foundation work had their own plumber that completed the pressure test and told us that we had leaks throughout the house.
Once we are the sole owners of the house, we will never call Tom's to do any work in our house.
