I had a bad water leak where the pipe comes out of the wall to connect to an upstairs toilet. Water was dripping from inside the wall and down to the rooms below - quite a mess! I could not find the source of the leak and thought the pipe inside the wall might be it. But Tom came over and spotted where the water was coming from right away and fixed it. Fortunately it was outside the wall, so no cutting into it was necessary. What a relief. Know how and experience sure makes a difference!

I think Tom is terrific! He is very nice and professional. I had an unusual problem which my handyman could not fix. Not only did Tom fix the problem, he took the time to show the handyman what he had done. I plan to use Tom again and again.

Tom's is that rare plumber. I have been using him since 2004 and I am lucky to have him. I own and manage apartments in the Hollywood Hills and I often need some one who can respond to my phone call and be available the day of the call or the next day. Tom know's his trade well. He does good neat tidy work. He is a truly honest person. There's no drama and he is always very friendly and upbeat. His prices are fair and reasonable. There is never any question in my mind with Tom. I have done many renovations and have a lot of experience hiring tradespeople. Tom is really the best.

Tom recently replaced my kitchen sink and faucet, ripping out the old ceramic and putting in a new stainless steel. It involved adjustments to the opening and also changing the plumbing. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone. Before I had Tom do this job and before I had met him, he came by my house and looked at a bathroom faucet I was trying to fix. He told me what store to visit that would have the part I needed and some other tips, and he didn't charge me for going out of his way and giving me the advice. I knew then that I would hire him the next opportunity I had . . . the kitchen sink. Thanks, Tom, and I am sure I will be calling you again for the next job I can't do!
