I called and texted several companies but chose Tom after I noticed by his address and phone # that he was Hollywood-local. He replied to my message promptly and was able to come to the house within a few hours. After several ""snake"" attempts, I was beginning to think about Plan B but Tom kept saying not to worry - perseverance would prevail. He ran about 45 feet of snake at least a dozen times and FINALLY! - whoosh - the water was gone and the drain running fine. While I was envisioning an expensive pipe replacement, he never once talked about another more expensive option - just kept at it until the drain was cleared. I will definitely call Tom again if/when needed. He mentioned several of my neighbors by name as prior customers. It's always nice to give the business to a ""local""!

Yes, there is a Tom at Tom's Plumbing. He owns the business. He answers the phone. He shows up at the job.
oh, and he's really smart, does great work, and cleans up when he's through.

Wish there were more guy's like Tom out there.

Tom's Plumbing is just Tom, one great, highly competent, honest plumber. There are no employees who come out to your house and aren't sure how to address the issue. Instead, you get Tom and soon you are very glad you did. He is a smart, very nice, experienced plumber who won't look for ways to rip you off. He knows how to fix it!

Excellent communication! Arrived a few minutes early (which was nice) and got right to work. I called Tom out once again to repair my toilet this time around . Within 15 minutes, he was at my door. This is the second thing that he corrected to perfection for me! Look no further, because with Tom you've found the plumber of your dreams at a price that possibly be beat!

I wish I could give Tom more than five stars! He is a rare combination of excellent at his craft and also a super nice guy to work with. Honest, efficient, competent and seems to genuinely enjoy his job and helping people. He helped me with connecting some fixtures for a bathroom remodel that included soldering some supply pipes for a new wall mounted faucet and also replaced the old gas line valves for an oven and cooktop. In each case he had good ideas to make the project safer and code compliant. He will absolutely be the only plumber I call from now on.

I had a bad water leak where the pipe comes out of the wall to connect to an upstairs toilet. Water was dripping from inside the wall and down to the rooms below - quite a mess! I could not find the source of the leak and thought the pipe inside the wall might be it. But Tom came over and spotted where the water was coming from right away and fixed it. Fortunately it was outside the wall, so no cutting into it was necessary. What a relief. Know how and experience sure makes a difference!

I think Tom is terrific! He is very nice and professional. I had an unusual problem which my handyman could not fix. Not only did Tom fix the problem, he took the time to show the handyman what he had done. I plan to use Tom again and again.
