Tom and Brian are awesome people. They are reliable, trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable and personable. We have done business with Tom for the past 10 years. Started out with small jobs and then we had him re-plumb our whole house. (Plumbing was in the ceiling and we had it all moved to under the house). They have always done a great job for us.
Last Saturday, I had a copper pipe burst at the hot water tank. I of course called Tom. Since he is not open on the weekends, but I called him. While I waiting for him to return my call, I called other plumbing companies. Only one place was open and I was told no one could help me until Monday. Tom called me back after just a few minutes. Although he was not open and is not scheduled for emergency services, he came right over. Tom said he could hear to panic in my voice and could not turn me away, he had to help. Tom is my superhero! He is customer focused and cares about a job well done. Tom and Brian have a customer for life!

Had them come out to fix a cracked main line copper pipe.it was about 3 feet down in a french drain (full of rock ) and took a hour and a half to fix and was charged $400.00 plus tax. When they cut the pipe , they did not cover the exposed pipe and rock and gravel entered the pipe causing the toilet valves to stay open because of sand and rock. I replaced them at my expense. $ 400.00 plus shoddy workmanship. Nice people but the price and workmanship will make me look elsewhere when another problem arises.

Had them come out again because city did a Waste Line Smoke Test and we had problems. They quickly scheduled us for the same week we called. They came out and found the problem. It turns out the washer machine line was disconnected. They fixed it in about an hour and a half, but quoted me first. I need to add that the crawl space under the house is so small, I would never go in there, but they never complained and were very professional. Highly recommend! Good, honest people. Thats why I used them... AGAIN! Oh, and they also fixed a new leak in water heater while they were there.

We had a leaking pipe under our kitchen sink, a broken garbage disposal, and a wiggling shower down pipe. We weren't too happy with our last plumber. We looked up plumbers on yelp and found Tom. They were all true to their word. Tom was booked two weeks out, but squeezed us in the next day. He was on time, very professional, and explained exactly what was going on. He is our new plumber, hands down.

I can't speak to Tom's plumbing as yet, but did want to drop a positive review on his customer service. I left a message regarding leak repair, and he called me back within three hours. I described the problem to him, sUd I was waiting on confirmation from another plumber. He gave suggestions as to dealing with the problem in the short term, let me know he had plenty of availability for next week if my other person was not available, and left me feeling pleased with his courtesy and competence (his guess at the issue was the same as the other person I'd spoken to.) I'll definitely give him a call the next time we have a problem, based on his courteous, prompt customer service.

Tom and his apprentice Levy arrived on time to fix a kitchen drain and a leaking toilet. His prices were fair and reasonable which I really appreciated being a single parent during the X-mas season!
