Had them come out again because city did a Waste Line Smoke Test and we had problems. They quickly scheduled us for the same week we called. They came out and found the problem. It turns out the washer machine line was disconnected. They fixed it in about an hour and a half, but quoted me first. I need to add that the crawl space under the house is so small, I would never go in there, but they never complained and were very professional. Highly recommend! Good, honest people. Thats why I used them... AGAIN! Oh, and they also fixed a new leak in water heater while they were there.

We had a leaking pipe under our kitchen sink, a broken garbage disposal, and a wiggling shower down pipe. We weren't too happy with our last plumber. We looked up plumbers on yelp and found Tom. They were all true to their word. Tom was booked two weeks out, but squeezed us in the next day. He was on time, very professional, and explained exactly what was going on. He is our new plumber, hands down.

Tom's Plumbing Repair was great! Super friendly service with quality and quick results. We called and they took care of us super fast and they honored their bid. They are easy to contact and easy to work with. We highly recommend calling them for all your plumbing needs. Thanks Tom!

I can't speak to Tom's plumbing as yet, but did want to drop a positive review on his customer service. I left a message regarding leak repair, and he called me back within three hours. I described the problem to him, sUd I was waiting on confirmation from another plumber. He gave suggestions as to dealing with the problem in the short term, let me know he had plenty of availability for next week if my other person was not available, and left me feeling pleased with his courtesy and competence (his guess at the issue was the same as the other person I'd spoken to.) I'll definitely give him a call the next time we have a problem, based on his courteous, prompt customer service.

Tom and his apprentice Levy arrived on time to fix a kitchen drain and a leaking toilet. His prices were fair and reasonable which I really appreciated being a single parent during the X-mas season! They were clean, polite and explained what they were doing. Not only that but Tom gave me options. I will be referring myself and my family to Tom's Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Tom is to plumbing as Ron Jeremy is to adult films. He is a true professional. He has made a career applying his trade. He can perform on the drop of a dime. He is honest and doesn't try to up sale. He has a rather sizable snake and knows exactly how to use it. Tom is my go to guy because unlike Ron Jeremy he is funny and he will not screw you.

We had Tom come out for a few small fixes on our recently purchased house. After digging in and taking a look, things were not as reported in our home inspection and we didn't have some of the problems we expected. Tom was great about explaining what was really going on, and adjusting his estimate way down for the work he didn't end up doing. We really appreciated the honesty, and not any having any unnecessary work done.

Tom installed a Water heater for me in 2015 and it is working great. I am getting hotter water at a lower setting, which is great, and he did it for less than the big guys. Don't waste your time talking to Home Depot or the other big guys, just call Tom. He is my plumber from now on.

When no one was available, Tom worked us into his schedule.
On a rainy Sunday night my family and I became aware of rats having gnawed through our plastic (PEX/SHARK-BITE) water lines in the crawlspace beneath our Centralia home. We shut off our main and drained all the lines until I could get help repairing the line(s). I called a plumber or two that night and left messages requesting emergency service.
Monday morning (raining again) while I was at work in Olympia, my wife found out that most Lewis County plumbers were not available until Friday or later. She did an internet search, found Tom's Plumbing Repair on YELP.com, and gave him a call. He scheduled us for Tuesday at 9:00 AM. I scheduled the day off from work to lend any assistance I could.
On Tuesday (still raining) Tom and his assistant, Sam, showed up on time. They were friendly, focused, thorough and seemed very genuine. After listening to my story, they went straight to work. Together they found and replaced not just one, but four (4) gnawed sections of pipe. We tested the line a few times, and my house was back in business at 10:00 AM!
Tom charged about a third of what I expected to pay!
Plus he and Sam shared with me a very valuable tip: IF YOU USE PLASTIC PLUMBING LINES IN YOUR BUILDING, NEVER PLACE RODENT POISONS INSIDE ENCLOSED SPACES. Traps are good, as you will want to see and remove the kill. But poisons can cause trouble indoors. The rats/mice who eat it will desperately want to quench their thirst, even if it means chewing through your plastic pipes to get at the rushing water. LEAVE THE POISONS TO OUTDOOR USE ONLY!
Thank you, Tom! Thank you, Sam!
I wish you a thriving, successful business!

The day after Thanksgiving we had a plugged up toilet. I called early in the morning and Tom got here by 11:15 just as he promised. He was friendly and efficient and took his shoes off at the door! I would highly recommend him!
