Thomas is the best in the business! He responded quickly and was extremely proficient and capable in what he does. He even knew what the problem was prior to arriving and was spot on. His rates are also very reasonable, not like some of the outrageous quotes I received from other plummers. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and he will be the first I call if I have any other plumming issues.

Thomas is the best! Within 30 minutes of calling about my clogged kitchen sink he was at my door prepared to conquer the stubborn clog! Not only did he bring a snake to unclog my sink, but also a powerful acid as a back up. After about 20 minutes he had the sink unclogged and draining perfectly. His services are very affordable and he doesn't over charge. Plus he's extremely friendly and polite. You should definitely give him a call!

I came home from work to find a completely clogged and backed up toilet. I groaned and prepared myself to pay after-hours prices for a plumber to come fix it late in the evening. I yelped for plumbers, and decided on Tomo's. He showed up within 20 minutes, was super helpful and friendly and diagnosed and fixed my toilet. I don't know about other prices out there, but it seemed pretty darn reasonable to me. I will definitely be calling him when my neighbors decide to flush action figures down the toilet again.

His card says he is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call this guy. He's great.

I called Tom to my house for some non urgent issue.
He was there sharp at 3PM as promised.
He was very friendly and very professional.

This visit was to diagnose a small spot/leak on my ceiling.
He spent some time (~30 mins ) and found the source of the problem.

Now, he told me that either he can fix this issue and I can get it fixed myself by my handyman who can also do some drywall work.

So, we decided to get this fix by my handyman.
Tom didn't even charge me his visitation fee. I insisted for his fee but he refused to take the fee.

I owe big time to yelps community for having such a gem of a person who is honest, professional and friendly.

For all of my plumbing works, he is my number one guy.

Tomo was the first to respond to our calls for help when we woke up to a badly leaking water heater. He was out to the house quickly and, long story short, everything was fixed by mid afternoon.

Tomo is a personable and professional guy. He's got competitive prices (we checked) and was very helpful with information about what he was doing and how we might avoid the same problem in the future.

I will call Tomo again when the need arises and would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend.

As much plumbing artisan as plumbing technician in that he knows his stuff, but he also seems to have subsumed that into feel, instinct, and nuance. In addition, he was willing and extraordinarily attentive helping me with a problem over the phone (at the possible expense of paying business) until it became clear I needed him to visit. Count me in as another who will call him again when needed.

Let me join the chorus of Whoo-hoo! An honest, skilled, reasonably priced plumber who knows what he's doing and does it quickly + cleans up afterwards. On the way out of our 100 year old kitchen, Tomo stopped, listened, had me turn off the radio and says ""I hear a leak."" He was right. And then he fixed it. We'd have had a slow, mold making leak without his expertise. A huge thumbs up all around.

Top notch service! Tom is nice, very efficient, and definitely provided excellent service. His pricing is incredibly fair, and did not overcharge. My drains were backed up when I woke up int he morning, and Tom was over within 20 minutes of calling him. Not only was he punctual, but just incredibly professional.
