Just called to ask for help. He was busy, but knew that my prob was urgent. So instead of putting me off or delaying, he gave me the number of a guy who could help. That's putting the customer first over a sale, and I really appreciate it.

So I don't know how the work is, but I know this - someone that's willing to give it away is likely to be trustworthy. I'll take that any day.

I've selfishly been using Yelp for years without contributing, but TOMO's was so great, it inspired me to write my first review!

Not only did Tomo's offer the most reasonable prices when I was price-comparing (as in 1/2 to 1/3 of the price of what others were quoting), but he was also the most personable over the phone.

I had Tom come over 2 times this week, once to change out a gas line, and once to fix a water heater. Both times it was easy coordinating a time for him to come over, he accomplished the job efficiently, and he is just a really nice guy!

Needed a gas line run so I could replace my electric dryer with a gas model. Work was completed quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Thomas for any plumbing needs. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I now have a new plumber.

We usually do it ourselves when it comes to home repairs, but we had a problem that I didn't have the time or resources to fix. I feared the worst when we finally decided to call a plumber. He came out and knew exactly what was wrong and had it fixed in no time. Best part is that what we were expecting to cost a minimum of two hundred dollars only set us back seventy five. I've had an issue with my kitchen sink for years and I haven't dealt with it because I haven't wanted to deal with the hassle of a plumber. Well thank you Tomo's, you really can't ask for more from a Plumber, Tom:

1. Answered the phone when I called on a Saturday.
2. Provided reasonable and fair quote (and I checked with 3 other plumbers).
3. Showed up when he said he would.
4. Did the job he said he would do.
5. Charged what he said he'd charge.
6. Now my sink works perfectly.

If only all transactions were this easy! I'd recommend Tomo's Plumbing to anybody.

I had an issue with an unidentified smell in my house. After calling a half dozen other services to figure out what the issue was, I finally found Tomo plumbing. Thomas was able to figure that it was a gas leak that everyone, including SDG&E, did not identify. He fixed the problem quickly and at a good price. I trust his work, which is a lot more than I can say for the other 2 big plumbing companies I called. Skip the ones with the TV commercials, and go with Tomo!

Thomas is the best in the business! He responded quickly and was extremely proficient and capable in what he does. He even knew what the problem was prior to arriving and was spot on. His rates are also very reasonable, not like some of the outrageous quotes I received from other plummers. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and he will be the first I call if I have any other plumming issues.

Thomas is the best! Within 30 minutes of calling about my clogged kitchen sink he was at my door prepared to conquer the stubborn clog! Not only did he bring a snake to unclog my sink, but also a powerful acid as a back up. After about 20 minutes he had the sink unclogged and draining perfectly. His services are very affordable and he doesn't over charge. Plus he's extremely friendly and polite. You should definitely give him a call!
