leak detectors came out and found the vale behind our toilet was leaking rudy got on the problem right away I suggested we replace all the valves that were now exposed five in total Joseph arrived a bit after in regular clothes but informed us he came after hours to be nice and help Rudy they got it done in no time seem like a great team and a great company

We have used Tommy rooter in the past and unfortunately will not use them in the future.
I called them this morning to get a estimate for a septic job but Janette told me that they have no prices in the office. She was not interested in talking to me any further and made it clear that the company did not want our business. Wow! I have had no problem getting a ballpark price from other plumbers. They were more than willing to have a phone discussion that could lead to a big job. so it's unfortunate that I was not able to get any info from Janette.
I'd skip these guys.

Once again I called Tommy Rooter Plumbing for another leak and very happy with the quick response. The time he spent fixing the issue and the detail was amazing. Very honest company which is rare these days and he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Tommy Rooter plumbing.

I called Tommy Rooter out because my kitchen sink was draining slowly. Now it's flowing free!!!

My sink was backing up Saturday while doing dishes so I took the plumbing apart under the sink on Sunday. I knew the clog wasn't there since all the pipes were clear. No problem, I'm handy and I happen to have a 25' Rigid hand auger and I know where the clean out is just outside the house. I can take care of this myself, or so I thought!

I used my auger and could get maybe 10-15 feet into the pipe and after going in and out three times, I was tired. I didn't find any glaring clogs so I ran my sink water for a while and sure enough, it started backing up again.

I called Monday morning instead of Sunday because it wasn't a super urgent issue that needed to pull a busy plumber from his or her home on a Sunday. I called and got Janelle(hopefully spelled right) on the phone right away. She was very friendly and only took about two minutes to get my info and get me booked for that same afternoon.

Jeff arrived, clean and friendly as scheduled and knew what needed to be done right away. Within about 30 minutes he and his powered auger had the problem solved! He was friendly, informative and a great representation of the company.

I see Tommy Rooter trucks all over town all the time and have heard people saying good things about them. I am happy that I called this company and will use them again when needed.

Turns out, the company didn't really correct the issue with the toilet. It is possible that the technician that was sent didn't really know what to do about the issue. The owner was supposed to go out to check it out himself, but he sent someone else. It seems that the issue is still happening. I would hope the company would contact my mom to find out the status of their repair.

We had an issue with roots in our pipes. Another company was charging us a ton of money to fix. I called Tommy Rooter for a second opinion. They sent Adrian right away. He was very communicative and transparent. He actually found much more damage that the other company did t even see. He was able to come back the very next day and clean out all of our pipes for an 8th of the cost the other company quoted us. Adrian is a real professional and we loved working with him and the company.

We had a thermocouple on our water heater that needed to be replaced. Another plumbing company came in and did not even look at our thermocouple, said we needed to replace our entire water heater for 3k, because they could not get the part for such an old unit. Called Tommy rooter and they scheduled us for first thing the next morning. Our tech Jeff, was amazing. He replaced the thermocouple (which he had with him) and got our water heater working again! Honest contractors are getting harder to find these days. We will definitely be using Tommy Rooter for all of our plumbing needs from now on.

Shout out to Luis. A young man who actually wants to work and and do the job right, the first time. Not only did he show up early he completed the job the right way. Our sink was backing up in the kitchen and we knew it was time for our main line to be snaked. Called Tommy Rooter and an hour later Luis was there. He snaked our main line for us. Voila, our sink was draining quickly and the toilets seem to be flushing better too. Price was fair as well. Thank you so much!

Most complete plumbing service in the desert.
They came out to service our septic tank and were straight forward and with no bull.

When they emptied the tank, they made sure the rocks in the landscape were replaced back in the condition they found it. Which was greatly appreciated, since I didn't have to clean up behind them. Additionally, they hosed down the area and drive way after their work.
