Shout out to Luis. A young man who actually wants to work and and do the job right, the first time. Not only did he show up early he completed the job the right way. Our sink was backing up in the kitchen and we knew it was time for our main line to be snaked. Called Tommy Rooter and an hour later Luis was there. He snaked our main line for us. Voila, our sink was draining quickly and the toilets seem to be flushing better too. Price was fair as well. Thank you so much!

Most complete plumbing service in the desert.
They came out to service our septic tank and were straight forward and with no bull.

When they emptied the tank, they made sure the rocks in the landscape were replaced back in the condition they found it. Which was greatly appreciated, since I didn't have to clean up behind them. Additionally, they hosed down the area and drive way after their work.

Tommy Rooter was sent to us by our home warranty company for a bathtub leak. They were the 2nd plumber to address this issue when the 1st plumber couldn't resolve the issue by roto-rooter. Explained to Tommy Rooter guy that this was a stand alone tub that needed to be lifted and they would have to send 2 guys. When the first guy arrived he spent awhile looking down the drain with a flashlight. He said he couldn't look with a camera because of the drain type (even though original plumber was able to doe so). 2nd guy arrived about 20 minutes later, was there for 2 minutes and they left, saying they needed authorization (that's not how the home warranty works). They never lifted the bathtub to look at the drain, even though they told me they could. They then submitted paperwork to the warranty company saying we needed a new bathtub (which, of course, is not covered). Enter DVS Plumbing, who came out, were friendly, professional and competent. Lifted the bathtub, found the broken drain and replaced it. If you're thinking about calling Tommy Rooter, I suggest you try DVS first.

We came back from a trip only to find a leak in our front yard. I had to call at least 15 different plumbing companies and none had availability to come out the same day. The next day I found two plumbing companies, the first wanted to charge me $190 just to assess the issue, not fix the issue, just to diagnose it. This company was able to send someone out in three hours, free assessment, friendly and knowledgeable worker. We are very satisfied with the job and will definitely use this plumbing company again thanks again Adrian.

I found Tommy Air and Electric, which is also owned by Tommy Rooter, through Old Republic Home Warranty, my home's warranty plan. After a couple of poor experiences with other providers, I asked for a new in-network provider. Tommy himself came out, with Joe. Tommy owns both the plumbing company and the AC company. They helped address a complex situation at our house and are working with old republic to get authorization to do the work. These guys were so friendly and knowledgeable, and I trusted the views and opinions. It was a pleasure to have them in our home, and I loved learning about the problem we are facing, explained in really simple terms. I wouldn't have expected that the provider the home warranty company would send would end up being a company I would call on my own, even outside warranty, but I definitely will. Awesome service.
