We had a toilet emergency at night and called several so-called ""24 hour"" plumbers. Tommy is the only one who came through for us. While they charged a (reasonable) night fee, overall it was worth it. Their tech Adrian was excellent; he worked hard until resolving the matter. He was also polite and forthcoming with information. We plan to use them for all of our future plumbing needs. Thanks Adrian!!!

Contractor called ahead, was on time, and had the parts on hand.

Had placed the call at their close of business on Tuesday, and the job of replacing a custom hot water recirculating system was completed Wednesday morning by 9:45.amazing. Technician was great and knew what was doing. Not always the case in my recent experience with other plumbing companies.

Pro:Called them Sunday at 9am, they had someone at my house about an hour later. Rudy, called about 15 min before he arrived. I needed him to solder a pipe where the hose hooked up. (Soldering isn't difficult, but I had 4 women that wouldn't let me do it because a ""professional"" needed to do it. Rudy was quick and great to deal with. He gave a quote before he started the job and a quick description of what needed to be done.

Con: Overpriced, for the work required and the difficulty, I believe they overcharged. If you take into consideration it's a Sunday and they had someone at my house about an hour after I called, might justify it a bit, but there was no charge for Sunday.....

Summary: If you're limited on time and need someone to come out and do the job correctly, they are your company, but you will end up paying more than if you shop around.

I am so thankful to Jeff H at Tommy Rooter. Jeff came out and pinpointed a slab leak in the house on a hot and noisy afternoon using his special ground listening equipment. He came back in the morning and arrived exactly when he said he would. He made a nice, square, and relatively small cut in the concrete floor and the leak was exactly where he thought it would be. He fixed the leak quickly, cleanly and added a sleeve to the exposed pipes. He then filled and patched the concrete hole and cleaned up the mess. He even helped me get the stubborn water heater back up. Thank you Jeff and Tommy Rooter! I really appreciate your professionalism, competence, and service.

I bought my house in October, moved in November. It's a manufactured home on a foundation, so there's a crawl space underneath the house and I'm a Samoan-sized Filipino. You can imagine the correlation.

A polybutelene pipe bursted underneath my kitchen floor and water was gushing out. It sounded like a raging river down there. So I shut off the water from the main valve. I called my home warranty who pushed the work order to Tommy Rooter.

Initially, the dispatch lady at Tommy Rooter said that they won't be able to make it out til the next day due to the fact that the job needed 2 men and they were all tied-up at the moment. She scheduled me for 08:30 the next morning.

So I called my wife, told her to ""buy several jugs of water, we're doing water rations tonight."" Got on the phone with my home warranty to see if there was any way they could get someone out sooner but to no avail, they were difficult to work with.

But Tommy Rooter called me back to say, ""we actually have someone coming over now."" Perfect! Adrian, the Foreman, came to assess the situation. He assessed the problem, told me what needed to be done. I said, ""do whatever needs to be done bro."" He turned off our power for literally 10 minutes, crawled under the house, fixed 2 feet of piping, patched everything up, turned my power back on and got the job done.

And now my wife still doesn't understand water rations, combat showers, but she has water jugs to take to work because apparently Palm Springs has filthy drinking water. Never would've thought.

Thanks Adrian for helping me out! I would recommend Tommy Rooter to anyone.

Warranty company sent this company out and my tech was Rudy. We had been having plugged toilets on and off for some time. After verifying the line was not plugged, warranty company would not authorize replacements until we had more problems. A couple of days later we had the same problem and Rudy took care of it for us. The next day we had two new toilets and no problems since. Thanks Rudy and Tommy Rooter Plumbing for the excellent.

Fast response and outstanding service. Tommy Rooter sure came through for us. We needed help getting our lines unclogged after having another company try with no luck. We were looking at having to go the whole weekend before the other company was going to return to try something else. So, we called Tommy Rooter for a second opinion. We had received a flyer a couple of days before and decided to give them a call. We are so glad we did. Within an hour Fernando was at our door. An hour later he was able to get everything flowing again. Cannot be anymore grateful to Fernando for being so personable and taking such good care of us. Needless to say we have found our go to plumbers. THANK YOU!

My Warranty company sent this company today. I was a little skeptical as the names sounds like they do rooter stuff and not fixing a tankless hot water heater but boy was I wrong!
Not only did the technician know about my heater but he had the part on his truck! James came on time, was friendly, and is actually coming back to do some none warranty work. Great job, great company!

Woke up with a serious problem with our water heater aka boiler... water was everywhere... very very worried until James Decker a technician from Tommy's Rooter came to the rescue... not only did James fixed our problem he answered our questions on how come and why. Our toilet overflowed and nothing we did to stop the blockage worked. Our handyman had no success with a 6' auger. We gave Tommy Rooter a try. They dispatched James (same day). In addition to being very professional, personal and affable, he really impressed us with his determination to keep going to make sure all debris (Playtex wipes) was removed. After the first hour, he had pulled out 10 and the water was flowing. James wasn't satisfied. He kept at it for another hour and removed 6 more. We now have a new plumber-James at Tommy Rooter. P.S. even though the package states that Playtex wipes are safe to flush one at a time, don't believe it. They just don't dissolve.
