My roommate and I woke up to a serious issue - no hot water!! With this recent drop in temps there was no way we were showering in the cold. After speaking with our landlord about options for getting the water heater checked out, we were referred to Todd's! Being fairly new at living in an actual home and not an apartment, this whole ordeal was incredibly daunting for us and we were nothing but worried about logistics and cost, especially being in an older home with a hard to get to heater.

We called up Todd's and they were able to get a tech out to us very quickly. Chris was incredibly helpful and personable, being ignorant renters we were really relieved to receive great service. Chris quickly identified the issue and was able to fix it on the spot! Since it was a simple issue, the price was incredibly fair for the service. It's rare that you find this kind of service for the price! Plus, he went the next step to let us know of a couple ways to conserve on our water heater costs which is helpful for learning young adults. I call that a slam dunk in customer care.

Walked in to my utility room to find water all over the floor - not good! Found Todd's on Yelp (thanks, Yelp!) and due to the good reviews, gave them a call. I also called a few other places but these folks were able to get to me the quickest for a fair price. Todd referred me to Jason (I believe his LLC is Bulldog Plumbing) who was great to communicate with and, while booked the following day, was able to get out here the day after and replace our water heater. We now have a brand new heater for a fair price, no hassle. Thanks, team! Would definitely use them again.

I came home from work on a Friday and didn't have hot water at the kitchen faucet. I found a waterfall down the side of the water heater. I first called Applewood who wouldn't give me any estimate over the phone. On Saturday evening, Applewood left our house with a quote for about $3200 for a standard 50 gallon water heater install on Sunday. I then called Todd's Water Heater Repair and received an over the phone quote for less than half the cost for a Monday install. It was worth one more day without hot water to save that much cash. Jason was assigned the job. I sent him pictures of my current water heater. Jason and I discussed options and he ended up getting us a great deal on a higher BTU system. Now we still have hot water after filling our new, large master bath tub. The install job looks good, was handled professionally and fairly. I would call Todd's again and already recommended them to a friend.

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the price increased substantially ($400) when Jason discovered we didn't have an expansion tank to meet new code. That should have been a question they asked me at the beginning. I also wish they would have asked about installing a drain pan to direct water toward the floor drain. I'm sure a drain pan would have been an inexpensive add-on that could save basement water damage. I also don't like how much tension is on the gas line. Jason could have used a longer flexible gas line instead of flexing the gas pipe coming down from the ceiling. No major complaints. Just enough little things to make it 4 stars instead of 5 for me. I still recommend calling Todd's to replace your water heater.

I called at 11 on Sunday, Allen was at my house with a new water heater a couple of hours later. He was super polite, got the job done in less than an hour, and even tightened the screws on my door knob on his way through.

He also answered my dumb questions, which I always appreciate.

When I saw the water seeping out of my old tank, I was prepared for a long, hard day of waiting and worrying, but, man, this was painless. I'm thoroughly impressed with the company, and with Allen in particular.

This is easily 5 stars because of the service, integrity and professionalism! My entire experience was positive - from my first contact with them through completion of the job. When I first called, the receptionist answered and was very polite and friendly. That's refreshing on its own! She got down all of my information and answered as many questions as she could regarding my hot water heater.

When the technician Chris called me back he told me that the water heater needed to be replaced. Given some experiences I've had with other repair companies for different jobs around the house, I always do some research online to make sure I'm getting the straight story. After researching online and since the water heater was leaking, I knew he was being genuine. He also wasn't pushy and totally understood when I said I wanted to do some research first.

Chris showed up on time (wow!) and had everything ready to go. He had already bought the new water heater, brought all of these parts and even took the old water heater out for me. He was so professional and was so easy to work with.

It is a Sunday morning and I have a cold shower. With my luck, my water heater stopped working while my husband was out of town. Since he normally handles these things I called him right away. He told me that someone from Todd's was going to give me a call back and schedule the appointment. Once they called I explained my situation. I wasn't even expecting a company to be open on a Sunday let alone come do plumbing work the same day. Chris came over and looked at my water heater. He was very kind and even had a good sense of humor. He turned back on my pilot light and was out of the house with 20 minutes. The company was even gracious to take my husband's credit card info over the phone since I didn't have any cash or checks at the time. Extremely impressed!

The worst feeling is when you are looking forward to a hot shower and you turn on the faucet and ice cold water comes out. This happened to me a few weeks ago. I immediately panicked and turned to google. Unfortunately it was not just the pilot light. I went to Yelp and found Todd's. I called and they were able to come out and look at my water heater that day. Come to find out we had a cracked tank which resulted in having to get the water heater replaced. Todd's prices were fair and reasonable.

I want to especially thank Jason who came out. He was very pleasant and easy to work with!

These guys did a great job. Jason was the guy sent to my house. I have a really difficult setup because the water heater is in a very small space and my pipes are very brittle old plastic. The pipes were also in front of the heater making it very hard to get the old one out. Jason found a smaller style of water heater because a modern standard one would not fit. My old water heater was so clogged with sediment that they had to let it drain overnight. They returned early in the morning got the new one out quick and got the new one installed. But of course there was a crack in a pipe under the house. After multiple trips into a very small and unpleasant crawl space full of more plumbing surprises they got the pipe fixed up. They also replaced the plastic pipes going into the heater with copper ones. I really appreciate their patience and for not gouging me on the price.

Spoke with Todd about what I wanted and he went over all details about my different options. He even encouraged me to get other quotes. In the end I went with Todd because of his ethical approach to sales and pricing was in line with two other plumbing companies. Todd could have totally sold me a more expensive water heater but thoroughly reviewed my options and left the decision up to me. No pressure sales.

Todd new his stuff. Installers arrived on time, were very knowledgable, clean and showed me how the new water heater worked. Very professional team of installers. I will use Todds for all my future plumbing needs. It's a good feeling to know there are still good, fair and honest people in the world. It also feels good to support a local company and now a big box chain.

Did a lot of price shopping for a water heater installation since mine was on the fritz. Todd's was not available to come out and do the install but referred me to 'Just Plumbing, Inc.' The owner arrived within an hour, quoted me the lowest price, didn't try to up-sell me with things I didn't need, and had the new water heater installed and working within two hours.
