Todd's Water Heater Repair - Install

I recently had Todd's replace my water heater with a tankless. Working with the front desk was easy, I sent them the info/photos of my current setup and received a call back from Mike the next day. He came out to give a quote and installed the system a few days later. Mike did a nice job rerouting my gas line so it wasn't jutting out in the middle of the furnace room, and disconnected the old softener which cleared up space and makes for a tidy setup now. The system works great, no running out of hot water anymore!

I needed to put in a new water heater. Had a couple of bids. One company didn't answer back, one was pretty out of line. Then, called Todd's. Answered right away, sent a pic, and in an hour based on a more than fair price for a quality product (Bradford white, my old one made it 18 yrs...only way to go) I had it scheduled.
Alan was my tech. amazing guy. noted my main water shut off was a hair loose and tightened it, no extra charge. Fast, knowledgeable and friendly. When he was done installing noted one of my sinks ran a little slow, took a look. Was a simple thing that took no parts, but fixed it ""while he was there"".
I would say Todd's in general and Alan (might spell it Allen..i didn't ask probably should have with that level of customer service), anyway, If you need anything they do, go to them.

I highly recommend Todd's Water Heater Repair. I called them on Saturday and the lady answering the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful. She had me send pictures of my old water heater to Mike. He called me within 15 minutes and thoroughly explained the replacement process and asked me questions about the current unit. He explained the replacement process and any add-on's to give me a total cost. Mike just installed my new water and was true to form. Everything he explained to me was what he did when installed the water heater. When he was finished he explained everything to me and how to maintain it on a yearly basis. The entire process was transparent and I'm very satisfied with Todd's! Mike certainly made a difference and he did a good job!!!

These guys are great! When our water heater went out we called around to some other companies and got quotes that Todd's beat by $1600! They gave us advice at 9:30pm when most other companies wouldn't take your call. Alan was here the next day to install the tank on time and was professional, friendly and did a great job, Highly recommend Todd's.

After calling around and trying to get my water heater replaced, I finally found Todd's Water Heater Repair. I contacted them and Mike got back to me quickly and made an appointment. Mike came out and took the time, very detailed oriented to listen about my concerns. Mike was truly the first one to really explain my options to me and just wanting to do what's best for the situation.
After getting a quote and figuring out my options, booked a time and he arrived right on time. Very clear communication with me and helping me understand anything that might be worrying me. Amazing work! Super friendly, professional and a family run business doing it the right way! I couldn't be happier and highly recommend this great business. Thanks Mike for your hard work and putting all my nerves at ease. I will for sure be doing future work with you guys!

Highly recommended, and did a great job. Todd's responded very quickly to our tankless water heater unit failing and leaking water, and quoted us a fair price on a large new one. They came the next day, and their plumber Alan did an excellent job installing a new unit in our tiny utility room (and stayed late to finish). It works perfectly, and he cleaned up the area completely before leaving.

Very positive experience from my phone call to the office in the morning all the way through to Mike's installation of my water heater in the afternoon. Todd's was able to give me an initial quote over the phone based on detailed photos I provided, and that's exactly what I was charged when the work was done. Mike was on time and did a great job with the removal of the old heater and installation of the new one. He was a great communicator and answered all my initial questions and then gave a great summary of maintenance tips at the end. He also took care to protect my carpet and the rest of the home during the whole process. Although he was very efficient and worked hard, he took time to be friendly to my family as well. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend Todd's Water Heater Repair and Mike in particular.

Today I had a new water heater installed by Todd's rep, Alan. The work was completed very quickly and neatly, with no mess or worry. He took time to explain all of the settings, point out the ""hot spots"" to avoid when in the service room, and even gave energy-saving recommendations for those times when we're traveling. The parts and service guarantee is above average at 6/3 years respectively.
