My experience with Todd's Water Heater Repair has been stellar since our first touch point with Chris over the phone. I was preemptively planning to have my water heater replaced since it was close to its end of life, and it's one less thing to worry about - if you're a homeowner you know what I mean. I was quoted a job amount, entertained other bids, and eventually decided to go with Todd's as they came in at a good price with all the items I needed addressed. The communication was straight-forward, no surprises (price changes) after or during the install. Mike and Emilio arrived when expected. They went straight to work and replaced with water heater with a new Bradford White unit, a few code updates, and replaced a valve that broke off. After the installation, Mike went over operational processes. We went over a few questions I had, and I paid via credit card. At the end of the visit I asked about a future project I have in mind and got a verbal quote plus some input on the moen water shut off valve I have been contemplating. I am happy with the overall quality of work, product and service. Todd's is a neighborhood company and I am happy to have utilized their services. Keep your local companies in mind when you're looking to have work performed on your home - they always work harder than the rest. We'll be in touch when I am ready with the next project. My water heater went out i reached out on yelp around 11pm at night, got a response that night and a call first thing the next morning and I had a new water heater by night. So had it all done in less than 24h and the thing i loved is the price was itemized and al a carte so I could pick which ever features I wanted and they installed just what i wanted.

Our hot water heater had died late on a Saturday night. I sent a message to Todd's and had heard back from them within about 10 minutes. I then had a call with Mike early on Sunday morning where he talked me through what would be needed and was very transparent about the pricing along with what needed to be done and additional things we could do to bring it up to code. He was able to come out about 3 hours later and got it all fixed up with great attention to detail.

With the water heater going out on a Saturday night we thought it would be days before we would have hot water again but they were able to get it fixed before we took another shower!

I'd recommend Todd's to anyone looking for help with their water heater.

Todd's was able to provide a request via e-mail after seeing pictures of my current water heater which was 18 years old. They were the only company I contacted who could get a 75-gallon water heater in a short period of time. Other companies were 3-4 weeks out to get a water heater of that size. I didn't want to downsize to a 50-gallon water heater as I need the larger size as I have a big family. They showed up the next day and got the new one installed- I was very happy with the speed, quality and value.

Kelly Corrado came in the promised time window. He was friendly and efficient. He had the old HWH out and the new one in, in about an hour and half.He answered several questions I had & walked me through the relighting process. The time from my call for service through completion was very fast ( and could have been faster if I didn't have a schedule issue of my own). The price was very competitive. I would use Todd's & Kelly again.

Job was almost certainly harder than expected. For one thing it involved crawling into a 130 year old crawl space so scary I haven't been in there in 25 years. No idea what live or dead things are in there. Then Kelly stayed late on a Friday night to make sure we had hot water Saturday morning. Hope we get another 25 years out of this tankless heater.
