Shawn is awesome. After calling him at 9:00pm the night before with a plumbing issue, he showed up at 9am the next morning and solved the issue. This review is long overdue because we have called Shawn with Today's Plumbing for various issues over the last 5 years and have always been so happy with his work, expertise, responsiveness, and price. We had a faulty tankless heater that had a multitude of problems. Shawn went above and beyond to address it, repeatedly, working directly with the company so that we didn't have to, and spending many weekend hours in our garage so that our toddler could have a hot bath. We replaced the unit, Shawn did the installation, and we have not had an issue since. He has helped us with leak detection and toilet replacements as well. We've used other companies but won't again. Don't confuse """"Today's Plumbing"""" with """"Plumbing Today""""! They are not there same and we did not have as good of an experience! Just call Shawn. He is the best.

Wow! An all-American business. I called in the afternoon about a problem with two toilets in our house. Shawn fit me in that day even though he was swamped the entire day and the next. He worked into the evening and fixed both toilets as well as giving us some pointers and tips on replacements for later down the road. If and when, we need plumbing services again, I will be calling this company. Oh, and the prices were realistic and fair.

I contacted Today's Plumbing when my water heater died. I contacted them because the business is in Safety Harbor and all the reviews were 5 stars. Sean responded immediately and discussed my options. He was at my house 2.5 hours later, installed the new water heater, and I had hot water within 30 minutes. Sean did a great job, was knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.
