This review is long overdue because we have called Shawn with Today's Plumbing for various issues over the last 5 years and have always been so happy with his work, expertise, responsiveness, and price. We had a faulty tankless heater that had a multitude of problems. Shawn went above and beyond to address it, repeatedly, working directly with the company so that we didn't have to, and spending many weekend hours in our garage so that our toddler could have a hot bath. We replaced the unit, Shawn did the installation, and we have not had an issue since. He has helped us with leak detection and toilet replacements as well. We've used other companies but won't again. Don't confuse """"Today's Plumbing"""" with """"Plumbing Today""""! They are not there same and we did not have as good of an experience! Just call Shawn. He is the best.

Recently Yelp became my source for finding a plumber to do some kitchen plumbing work of the non-emergency kind. Specifically we needed the now-dead garbage disposal replaced and a newer version of our kitchen faucet installed. After a mutual miscommunication regarding the schedule for the aforementioned work was resolved, the work commenced quickly and efficiently and within the quoted budget. Shawn is both professional and very pleasant to work with and clearly takes pride in the work he performs with no mess left in his wake. There is no doubt that the next time plumbing work of any kind is required we will be contacting Shawn immediately and exclusively. He is the best.

Shawn is an absolute gem. He is an expert in his field - extremely knowledgeable and honest and willing to help in any way needed. If you are lucky enough to get on his schedule - you will realize how valuable he is. I had a very complicated water filtration setup that I couldn't make heads or tails out of. He took the time to investigate the system and how it works within the household. He troubleshooted and game planned on a fix and options to optimize the system to ensure I was getting the softened water I wanted. I can't thank him enough.

I contacted Today's Plumbing when my water heater died. I contacted them because the business is in Safety Harbor and all the reviews were 5 stars. Sean responded immediately and discussed my options. He was at my house 2.5 hours later, installed the new water heater, and I had hot water within 30 minutes. Sean did a great job, was knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.
