Outstanding service. Called for a service call with an issue with our water heater. Shawn, the owner of the company arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as an issue with our water softener (which must be serviced by Kinetico) and not the water issue. Saved me money and was very honest, could have """"trumped"""" up some fee for a fake part and didn't. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs and I will definitely call them back for mine.

Great experience; came next day, accommodating around baby's nap, communicated when on way, beyond friendly, very knowledgable, fixed problem, fair prices. Shawn is awesome. After calling him at 9:00pm the night before with a plumbing issue, he showed up at 9am the next morning and solved the issue. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in proper working order before leaving. He is very professional and courteous, taking the time to make sure we were happy with the job. I called Shawn while at work for a repair on a valve in my laundry room. He asked me to send a picture due to my vague description and lack of plumbing knowledge. He was done in a matter of no time and a weight had been lifted off my shoulder's by the time work ended. Absolutely amazing! He is prompt, professional, and patient. Had them out today to hook up a water softener I purchased. Sean was very responsive in getting me scheduled. Installation is great and their price is very fair. I would defiantly use them again.

I was housesitting for my Mom in Palm Harbor. I noticed a leak under the kitchen sink. Regular handyman was on vacation so called Today's Plumbing based on great Yelp reviews. So glad I did. Shawn the owner was on vacation but still arranged for Fermin to come, within 3 hours! Handyman had diagnosed a bad faucet so I ordered a new one online. (as an aside, not a good idea!) Shawn gave me a quote over the phone to install the faucet. But Fermin found a bad valve and replaced that too. Turns out the faucet didn't fit for many reasons and I ended up buying another faucet locally (shoutout to Les at Home Depot at 19 and Curlew). Fermin had to come back the next day and got it in successfully. He even had made some calls to his plumbing supply folks to try and make the original faucet work. Yet when time to pay, I was only charged the original quote, despite Fermin spending 4+ hours, with 2 visits, extra calls, and the valve replacement. Fermin did excellent work, and was so careful to clean up. I just can't believe how service oriented, professional and honest these folks are. It is so refreshing. So Yelpers, thanks for the awesome recommendation, and 5 stars to Today's Plumbing. Fermin, you are the best, and can come over any play the piano for my Mom anytime!

Called this morning and Shawn was busy and said he would try the next day. Well...he called me and his schedule changed and he came right after. 20 minutes later, it was all done, my hot water valve in the bathroom was fixed and I am a happy camper. Not only that but he gave me an estimate over the phone while talking to me of what he did think was and it was that problem and did not charge me one penny over... Will call him for sure again....
