Our main line was stopped up and we called a well known ""smell good"" plumber. He snaked our line out several times with a small snake, could not unplug the stoppage and said we needed a hydro clean out for $1450.00!! We found TNT ROUTER on YELP, decided to give them a try and called Tim. He came out to the house with the larger snake that was needed and snaked the line many times to make sure the job was done right! He and his son were polite, friendly, VERY honest and reasonable and got the mainline unclogged. He also told us that that if we did need the hydro clean out in the future because of roots from our two large oak trees, he would only charge us $500.00. (Big difference from the $1450.00!) We loved him and will ALWAYS call him first from now on. Would love to have him for a neighbor, he and his son were that nice, friendly and accommodating!

Woke up this week to a broken water heater. Normally it would not be an emergency but we have a 3 week old newborn and my wife is still recovering. Found TNT Rooter through Yelp and called him early in the morning. Tim answered right away, asked a few basic questions and I sent him pictures of the water heater information. He said not to worry and that he would handle everything as the water heater was still under warranty. He had two other jobs however gave me an approximate time that he would stop by. Tim showed up on-time as I had to leave work early so appreciate his time management. Between draining the broken water heater, replacing and educating me on the basics; Tim was done in a little over an hour. He wanted to ensure everything was working properly so he called the next day. My wife and I were very thankful to finally find an honest plumber that cares about his craft/work. We will definitely use TNT Rooter again! Thanks Tim!

Sorry for the long post but I had to provide an update as we used TNT Rooter again. It used to take 2-3 minutes for hot water to get to our furthest bathroom. Discussed the situation with Tim and he suggested installing a re-circulating pump instead of running additional pipes. This saved us money and the hassle of installing more piping under the house. Tim, his wife and son showed up on-time and were finished in 45 minutes. The installation was very clean and professional and Tim charged me less than the initial estimate because he did not have to modify or change too much of the original piping and connections. TNT understands what great customer service and trust really means! Keep up the great work!

They came on short notice, spent a few hours working, and because they weren't able to solve our plumbing issue to their standards, they refused to accept payment. That's service that you just don't find anymore.

Tim is a swindler!!!! GREEDY AND DISHONEST!!! Totally bait and switch. I called him about the clogged kitchen garbage disposal and at first he quoted me $99 bucks. After an hour of fiddling around he gave me a $700 bill! WTH?! He totally blindsided me. All he cares about is $$$. He told me he had to replace some parts and hydro flush the main line. I will never again use this company nor recommend to any family or friends. I am even telling strangers about them. I am extremely dissatisfied and I feel scammed. How can he sleep at night is beyond me!!! Whatever, I believe in karma. - To the fake person ""Morena G."" who sent me a note about ""being careful about karma""... Why? I did nothing wrong! (Hmm...looks like Morena G. deleted her fake review lol)
*Most of the reviews look suspicious...all five stars and only 1 or two reviews? Hmm... Please take it with a grain of salt, people. Be wary and don't let this happen to you.

My bathroom started backing up a little on Christmas but became a real problem Sunday evening when my husband and I were doing laundry with water backing up through the showers. We called several places and none was open or able to come out on a Sunday night until I called Tim. He arrived in less than an hour with his son and unclogged the problem in less than an hour. He was professional, honest, and reasonably priced and I liked that it is a family business. I highly recommend.

My regular plumber retired. I saw the great reviews & called & so glad I did. Tim & Christine (husband & wife) came out. Being a women & alone, I liked that Tim had his wife with him. When you don't know someone it's uncomfortable letting someone into your home. I had three problems & Tim fixed all three. The cold water to my washer barely trickled out. I did wash this morning, great water pressure. My kitchen faucet had low water pressure & the cold water in my master bath sink barely came out. Thanks to Tim & Christine both are working great. Very nice couple & really caring. The fee was fair & I will definitely recommend them. I have found my new plumbers.

Tim's always on time and accommodating. He came upon recommendation from our plumber and I see no reason to call anyone else. I've called him 3 times now, twice to clear clogs and once to rooter our sewer line because the roots on our street is so bad. Each time, Tim has exceeded my expectations on how timely he can come. The most recent time, I called him and he was at my home 2 hours later!

Tim is awesome! I called him last minute and he was able to fit me in to his schedule. I've used tnt rooter twice now. Once for a clogged washer drain and second to add a line water line to refrigerator ice maker. Tim is an honest guy who does quality work at a reasonable price. Tim is now my go to plumber.
