I can't say enough good things about TNT Rooter. They have come to save us 3 times now. The first time was for a clogged tub, septic overflow, and sink. They came the same day, at night in the complete darkness, were extremely friendly and quick and reasonably priced. Tim got on his knees with a drain snake, in our back yard while his wife Christine held a flashlight. The 2nd time was for a water heater.. we were petrified to call anyone because of prices and were scared we'd need to replace the entire thing. Again, they came the same day, fixed a wire and charged us barely anything. This third time.. same thing.. water heater. They came within 3 hours of us leaving a message, told me the pilot was out and charged NOTHING for his troubles. I would recommend TNT to anyone who ever needed plumbing or heating assistance , and will always contact them again.

Easily 5 stars, maybe more. We had a clogged line - toilets and baths backing up - and based on TNT's great ratings, I called them up. I am so happy I did. Tim is so knowledgeable, friendly, polite, honest, fair, and professional. He cleared out the clogged line, which had been blocked by some serious root growth, and he made sure that the line was as clear as he could get it. He offered good honest advice about future care and maintenance, did not try to overstate problems, or try to sell us pricier services. I was also taken aback by how little he seemed to charge. I thought the cost of his services was more than fair. We will definitely be calling on Tim and TNT Rooter again!

Needed my main line cleared, and on short notice. Tim and company adjusted their appointments to fit me in. Very professional and extremely warm, friendly and honest. Tim alerted me to a problem with my line, and I will have him back soon to take care of it. As I've seen others post here; if I could give Tim and family more than 5 stars, I would!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Our water heater went out a few days ago, so I called them to ask if they can come down and check it out. Tim and his wife came down, checked it out and re-lit it for us. They are VERY honest people which is hard to come about now a days especially for a business. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. I have a magnet now on my fridge and will never have to use YELP again to search for a plumbing service as long as they are still in business.

Amazing family owned company. They truly care about their customers. A business like theirs is hard to find. They try their hardest to help out and resolve any issues you may have with plumbing. I feel like they are a friend of the family's as opposed to a business. Great service, friendly, caring, and reasonable. Highly recommended.

I have nothing but good things to say about TNT Rooter. Tim and his team were FANTASTIC!!! I called one afternoon for low water pressure in my kitchen and they made a visit to my house in under an hour! Not only did Tim figure out what the problem was, but he also educated me on how my kitchen faucet works and how this problem can potentially affect other pipes in my home in the future. Their consultations are free until the problem is fixed. However, since my issue didn't require much, Tim didn't even charge me!!! WOW!!! Talk about AMAZING service! Although I was not charged, TNT's prices are very reasonable! I will never contact another plumber again as long as Tim and his team are around. Thank you SO much, Tim and Christina, for your quick and honest service. You will be hearing from me again for my family and my future plumbing needs!

Tim, Christine and Tim Jr. Don't just do clean out and hydrojetting, as most of their reviewers show. They have been our regular plumbers for years. Pipes, fittings, new installation, bringing installations up to code, they do it all. Always honest, always reasonable. They are our family plumbing company.

I want to give five stars to this company because Tim was very nice and responsive. I called and left a voicemail and he called me back a few minutes later. Although I no longer needed plumbing service, I sincerely appreciate that he #1 called me back immediately #2 let me know he'd be there should I need him again and #3 was very nice, concerned, and wanted to make sure my situation was taken care of.
