I called TNT for a mainline stoppage on 4/21/16 at 5:00. I was concerned they would have left for the day, but Tim answered the phone. I explained my problem, and even though he was headed out for another job, he stopped by to give me an estimate.Upon hearing he would have to use the cleanout on the roof, I told him I couldn't afford it right now, and he and Christine graciously offered to let me make payments. How often does that happen anymore? Tim and Christine are the best!

I woke up to the lovely sound of running water, turned out the pipe to our main shut off cracked and was flooding our front lawn. The city came out to close the water so I prepared for a day of not having water and waiting for a plumber. I called Tim and he rearranged his schedule to come out and fix our pipe as soon as possible. I had my pipe repaired and my water back on all before 11 am. The price was great and the service amazing. Tim and his wife were great, genuinely nice people. I can't thank them enough for coming out so soon.

We had a great experience with TNT rooter. They came and snaked the main line of our house. They were very professional and attentive to my questions. Not only were they friendly but very HONEST as well, something I think is hard to find now a days. Tim and Christine did a great job I will be using there services from now on.

Tim and his wife are awesome. They were the only company willing to work when we absolutely needed help on New Year's Day! After that, they have come back twice and their rates are fair and dependent on the completion of the job.

I called TNT for my grandma to repair her water heater. Tim quoted my grandma $576 dollars to fix. Mind you, she's 81 years old and on a fixed income! Called another company for second estimate and was quoted $125.00. Serious price gouging going on. I do not recommend this place.

So lets set the record straight about the two bad reviews below. If you have a bad experience, that's OK, it just means that you weren't satisfied. No need to call people names and what not and bash people. Two bad reviews among numerous 5 star reviews tells you something. It also tells you the character of a person that feels a need to bash others.

Now, i had a plumbing issue and called TNT. He quoted me two separate rates over the phone depending on where my clean out was located. he arrived, found the clean out where it should have been and quoted me the lower price. He proceeded to power snake the main all the way to the sewer manhole cover. He made sure the snake was in the sewer, and allowed me to hear and see that it had indeed cleaned out the whole line to the sewer. Tim was pleasant, friendly, professional and a good man. Did i mention this is the second time i used him? Or that i referred him to a family member who had an equally pleasant experience?

People that rant and rave are generally unhappy people that will never be satisfied. For plumbing problems, call TNT and decide for yourself. All these 5 star reviews can't be wrong.

The main pipe underneath the house, leading to the sewer, had corroded and failed. I got three (3) bids to take care of the problem, ranging from the outrageous ($10,000, from the initial service) to the more reasonable ($3,000 or so to replace all the piping underneath the house), to that for TNT Rooter. Although Tim could have gone for a much larger scope of work, he crawled underneath the house, took pictures, discussed them with me, and indicated that most of the piping was solid and good, and it was only one section that had to be replaced, at a cost that was a fraction of what others had quoted. Moreover, he and his wife immediately responded, took care of the situation promptly, kept me informed about everything he saw, and was a real boon. I recommend his company very highly and was very favorably impressed.
