Tim came out in January of 2024 and Jetted my main line in the kitchen. A few weeks before the one year warranty was up I started hearing my clothes washer backing up into my sink. So I called to see if they could come out and Jet it again. Another tech came out and made me feel stupid like I didn't know what I was talking about. He ran the sink and sent a video to Tim showing it was draining properly. Three months later the washer is actually backing up into the kitchen sink, but TNT plumbing (Tim) won't cover it under the warranty because he said I waited too long and the warranty had expired. They should have taken care of it when I called them the first time. Instead of making me feel stupid. Tim tried to tell me that his tech found nothing wrong and asked why I waited so long to call. I told him I didn't call because his tech made me feel like an idiot. He said he couldn't honor the warranty because I waited too long to call. Even though I called before it expired with the same issue.

TNT Plumbing was American Home Shield's preferred plumbing supplier for replacing my kitchen sink garbage disposal. The repairman (Tom) was on time, polite, and well prepared. He examined my current garbage disposal and then asked for the model I planned to use to replace my damaged one. He checked with his office about AHS's replacement policy, and the amount allowed was insufficient to purchase my preferred model. While Tom waited in his truck, I left to purchase the model I preferred, which Tom installed professionally and quickly. I appreciated the candor of Tom and his supervisor and their willingness to wait and see the job through to completion.

Went through my home warranty company and TNT was the third plumber that could fix my problem. Tim called me personally and assessed my problem and said it had to be fixed as soon as possible. I had a leak in my wall from my upstairs bathroom to the downstairs wall. He came out as soon as possible and was open and transparent and fixed my problem. Kelly at the office was awesome and they both addressed all my concerns. I would totally recommend this company. And will use them for any plumbing heating and air conditioning problems in the future. Thank you for all your help. It was totally appreciated.

Nice guys. However, they tried to tell me that I needed to replace valves that I had just replaced a few weeks before, telling me that they couldn't warranty the solder because they had been soldered before. This is a shame because I would have given them more work if they had been more accommodating.

Recently had my hot water heater go out, I went through American home shield for repair, they referred me to TnT, had Tom come out and give me an estimate for repair and ordered the heater although it did take one week, the communication with Kelly was professional, and Tom is the utmost professionalism on installation. I would definitely recommend this company for anybody that is encountering any plumbing or heating issues. This company went above and beyond. I would definitely be using them in the future. Surprisingly I was referred to TnT by my home warranty company. Usually they send me the dregs but this time they accidentally sent me the best!
Kimberly in the office was amazing! Very professional, responsive and friendly, she set the tone for a great customer service experience.
Andrew was the plumber who came to my home. He also was professional, friendly and efficient. He quickly resolved my ""mystery"" leak and left the area clean and fixed.
A week later and the problem has clearly been resolved.

Tim from TnT was really responsive, respectful and knowledgeable. He didn't charge a travel or estimate fee, nor did he try to upsell me. Just let me know what needed to be fixed and how much freon I needed. I really appreciated that he didn't try to charge me an arm and leg due to being at his mercy while it was 110 degrees outside. Garbage disposal stop working. Called for repair. Came out within one day notice. Arrived on time, professional and courteous. Knew what tools he may need and came prepared. Highly recommend this company and would hire again if needed.
