Recently had my hot water heater go out, I went through American home shield for repair, they referred me to TnT, had Tom come out and give me an estimate for repair and ordered the heater although it did take one week, the communication with Kelly was professional, and Tom is the utmost professionalism on installation. I would definitely recommend this company for anybody that is encountering any plumbing or heating issues. This company went above and beyond. I would definitely be using them in the future. Surprisingly I was referred to TnT by my home warranty company. Usually they send me the dregs but this time they accidentally sent me the best!
Kimberly in the office was amazing! Very professional, responsive and friendly, she set the tone for a great customer service experience.
Andrew was the plumber who came to my home. He also was professional, friendly and efficient. He quickly resolved my ""mystery"" leak and left the area clean and fixed.
A week later and the problem has clearly been resolved.

Tim from TnT was really responsive, respectful and knowledgeable. He didn't charge a travel or estimate fee, nor did he try to upsell me. Just let me know what needed to be fixed and how much freon I needed. I really appreciated that he didn't try to charge me an arm and leg due to being at his mercy while it was 110 degrees outside. Be careful definitely a crook.... Got a quote upwards close to $ 2,000 for major repairs from TnT crooks and got a second opinion who fixed it in 20 minutes for the cost of a service call. Be careful out there people and get 2nd and third opinions as TnT crooks is fast to give free expensive estimates and offer there in house financing.....

My last experience with TNT was great, so I chose to become a valued customer, making a monthly commitment (cancel anytime) to help reduce costs associated with new repairs. Also, twice a year (Spring/Fall), Tim assesses my AC unit (spring) and heating unit (Fall) to make sure we are ready for the upcoming season. Yesterday, he checked my AC, no issues. Great shape.

Additionally, we talked about my water heater gurgling noises (sediment build-up on the bottom). Not a problem for usage. As part of the fall inspection, he drains and checks the water heater. Although my heater is a bit older, he said it appears in good shape. No water leakage, that's a plus. Since it is an older unit, he recommended I monitor the heater for any water discharge or moisture buildup at the base.

I recommend TNT, they are dynamite (sorry, had to go there).

Tim, came over as a second opinion on an duct work call. Reviewed my duct work and found miscellaneous minor issues. Nothing like what was quoted prior. Hard to find honest companies nowadays. But I'm glad I had found Tim and TNT.came out and repaired my issues along with replacing my water heater that was past its time. Thanks Tim.
