Had 8:00a appointment and Chad was right on time. I explained the leaky shower problem, and he checked it out. Quickly went back to his truck to get the part needed, and proceeded to change the part, explaining what he was doing as he worked. Checked to make sure the part worked, and the job was done! Appreciated the quick repair and explanations of the work he was doing. Excellent job!!

I rarely write reviews and I'm fairly picky but I'm absolutely giving this plumbing service five stars. My 3 day ""do it yourself"" plumbing nightmare left me and my wife with no water for 3 days (during a weekend & holiday)... Sponge baths and fetching our own water... It was like being transported back in time. I was refered to TNH and another company...so...after doing a bit of research I chose TNH to do the job. I'm so glad I did. My appointment was for 2:00 PM and I was expecting a call around noon to say my plumber would be late... But to my pleasant surprise, Chad was my plumber, and he was 5 minutes early!!! Long story short, Chad had my plumbing nightmare fixed in less than an hour and a half. He was very professional, knowledgable, pleasant, efficient and did an absolute excellent job. Not a drop of unwanted water dripped from below my bathroom sink after Chad fixed the copper lines I had butchered and installed our new faucet in a heart beat as if he could do it with his eyes shut... Actually, I bet he could do it with his eyes shut... Yup he was that good. TNH charges via a bill in the mail. A week later I received my bill and it was very resonanle for the work that Chad did. From now on I will simply call TNH for any plumbing jobs... Very much worth it!!!!

I didn't need a plumber until now. Noticed a leak on the bottom of my toilet and finally called. Since we use them where I work, I figured why not. From the time I called to get a price on how much to the time they came out, I was impressed. They assigned Chad to come out and do the work. He was very friendly the whole time. I also had an issue with my cleanout plug and he recommended I get a plug for it instead (which can be found at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc). He warned me that it would be a really big job. When he took out my toilet, there was a leak indeed. He put in a new flange and new seal and recaulked the bottom of my toilet. I will keep them in mind for future jobs. Thank you.

Watch your invoices carefully. Recently, I received 2 invoices from TNH for work done in July 2014. One was already paid. When I contacted them they were very unprofessional and rude. I had to explain myself couple of times to different people. TNH made it sound like it was my fault. In my frustration I hung on them. Couple of days later I received another invoice for work not authorized by me. As a back up to the invoice they included a copy of email thread between me and TNH. Nowhere did I give them a go. The last message was their quote. Yesterday, I contacted my tenant who said TNH did call him. He stated TNH was pissed off at me for hanging up and decided to invoice me. I am shocked at their behavior. My hope is they are not going to come to my home and sabotage my plumbing as a revenge for this review. I initially contact them based on the reviews like everyone. However, my experience is if you cross them they become a different animal. In the future, I would not use them or recommend them based on their business practice. I did file a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

*AWESOME*!! these guys are the best!! the water filter blew out so had no water coming into the house. called these guys based on YELP reviews and got a 1/2 -1 hour window to come out to the house. the plumber showed up within the half hour, did the job efficiently and quickly. i will definitely call these guys again if i need plumbing done. happy happy happy.

Very professional, home-grown kind of company. I hired them based on Yelp reviews, and was very impressed. They quoted me accurately over the phone. Showed up on-time, had all the parts necessary,performed the work quickly, then left. I had them replace a faucet and replace my irrigation system valve. They then sent me a bill in the mail. Great experience and no plumber crack. Would totally hire them again.

This company seems very expensive since the worker stayed only 2 hours and charged me for 3. He used some of my new parts in fixing the toilet flushing mechanism and used old parts of his. Certainly I would not use use this company again.

I needed to find a plumber to fix the water pressure in my kid's bathroom and turned to Yelp to help me out. Being that this was my ""first time"", I have to admit I was kind of hesitant but after reading all of their reviews, I figure I'd give them a shot. Since I had already planned a day off in the coming week, I called and spoke to Zayna (sp?) who was very friendly and helped me to make my appointment. Russell showed up as scheduled and after explaining to him my dilemma went to work. 45 minutes later, he was all done and Ta-Da! the water pressure in the tub was fixed! He went on to explain the cause and that I was lucky considering the issue could have been worse. If you're in need of a professional, honest, and reliable plumber/plumbing company, look no further than TNH.

Forget what you know, hefty guy with low riding pants showing up with his butt crack ready for an appearance, have you waiting 8 hours for him to show up. The saviors have Arrived! I had never called a plumbing service before and dreaded the experience when my beloved hound decided to drop his favorite ball in the toilet. So after researching I called TNH. They told me a guy could be out to my house at 11:30 the next day. I said fine thinking sure, I'll have to cancel all errands for the day to wait for the guy to show up. But hey I did it before for the cable guy so no big deal. 11:28 am, Russel pulls his repair van into my drive way. What the hell! He's not hefty, and he's on time. Clean cut and punctual, I was sure he was lost. He was very polite in he quiet way. Assessed the repair job and went back out to the truck. Now I was watching the time. Through Russel seemed like a nice guy these guys get paid hourly and when after 20 minute he said he had to remove the toilet my heart sank. But at 12:18 when I had my dogs ball (wrapped in paper towels) in my hand, I was shocked and elated. Like a true hero Russel just smiled adjusted his invisible cape and walked out the door ready ro assist the next damsel in distress. I waited until I recieved the bill, just to be sure. It was the exact price I was quoted not a penny more. So if you need help with your plumbing call these guys, you won't be sorry and don't forget to say hi to Russel, he'll be the quiet one with the kind smile and few words. Being a hero is just his daily job.

TNH Plumbing service was AWESOME! Called in on an early Friday morning to see if they could fix a leaking tub water spout. Within 30-minutes they sent over a plumber--cool, nice guy! In less than 20-minutes, the spout was fixed; no more leaking!! The plumber also helped install a new shower head--quick, professional, knowledgeable, reliable and effective! Highly recommend TNH Plumbing for future fixes.
